Hello, kindly go for CBC, Dengue serology and Urine R/M tests and review with reports and kindly follow health advices given below: 1.Avoid exertion 2.Take Tablet Paracetamol 650 mg after food as and when required for Fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3.lot of fluids to be taken 4.Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc 4.Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. and kindly let me know what medicine you are taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ cold/ burning urine/ stomach Pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

Pehle karib one year ago mene Dr. Se consult kiya tha tab mere vitamin d ki kami aayi thi so after treatment backache me kafi improvement ho gaya. But aajkal phir se kafi dard shuru ho chuka he. Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of pain in lower back region. It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. attach your X ray or MRI reports to advise you better. 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. My advise is always to keep sugar levels under control by regularly checking it and consulting diabetologist. Also proper diet helps. Secondly, keeping yourself physically fit like daily morning walks for 2-3 km in a day, general conditioning exercises, abdominal strengthening ex, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake keeps bone metabolism healthy. Meanwhile please get few blood tests done: cbc, esr, crp, serum electrolytes and serum vitamin d levels. We shall supplement in case there is any deficiency. Hello I am 53 years old, male, doing a mechanical/physical work in workshop. From the last 4-weeks, I started getting a pain on my right elbow when ever I lift something heavy or tight bigger nuts & bolts with more pressure. Doctor told me it's'tennis elbow, take rest. But, as I need to do the job everyday, I can not take rest but try to use left hand to put less pressure on the right hand. Please let me know if oil massage will help. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Avoid painful acts. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
