Here are some steps to fight obesity: Step 1: Ban Fatty and Processed Foods If you are serious about fighting obesity, then you must put a ban on fatty and processed foods. This means your refrigerator should not be loaded with pastries, muffins, cakes, frozen foods, preservatives, jellies, and many other food items that you are tempted to buy from the supermarket. Step 2: Make Friends with Lemon Drink a glass full of lemon in warm water with honey when you get up in the morning. This should be the first thing you have in the morning. It kick starts your body’s metabolism & helps with the cleansing process. This is vital when you are trying to flush out fat. The water you use should be filtered. Lemon will help you naturally balance your pH. Step 3: Eat Moderately Having three big full meals a day can harm your body. It is crucial to have something after two hours but in moderation. So have small 5 meals a day that includes health ingredients and are free of excess oil, ghee and fat. Step 4: NO Artificial Sweeteners You should stay away from diet sodas and ‘zero calorie’ drinks. These sweeteners are highly addictive excitotoxins. They cause users crave for more. They will contribute to the obesity rather than curing it. To sweeten your food and drinks, it is better to use honey, stevia, molasses, raw whole sugar, organic fruit juice etc. These are also referred to as lower glycemic sweeteners that help fight obesity naturally. Step 5: Add Colours in your Diet It is crucial to eat at least 5 to 6 servings of fruits and vegetables, each day. You should focus on adding yellow and red bell peppers, broccoli, red lettuce, green vegetables, berries and papaya to your diet. These are rich in nutrients and fibre that help you fight obesity and keep your body fit. Step 6: Drink Water You should drink at least 6-8 glasses of filtered water each day to stay in shape. This helps in flushing out toxins from your body and loses weight. Step 7: Get Moving You should exercise as often as possible in the gym or at home. This may not sound appealing but there is no way to escape hard work if you really want to stay in shape. Step 8: Green Tea You need to drink at least 2 cups of organic green tea to keep your metabolism in healthy state and boost your immune system.

Have more proteins in your diet. Regular exercise will help boost general blood circulation. Avoid oiling your scalp. Use antidandruff shampoos containing ketoconazole. If hairfall and dandruff persists, see a dermatologist.

Since 3 years I m in big business tension. I m facing premature ejaculation problem. I could not complete intercourse. Age 43, weight 92. Hight 6 ft. No any BP, susugar. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you may not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Hello lybrate-user, as you are patient of thyroid and obesity which are depends on each other vis versa. You need to reduce your weight. As per your height your weight should be in between 48 kg to 52 kg. So that your thyroid gland will work properly and there will be cure of both disorders. Start with morning brisk walk for at least 35 minutes. You can reduce your weight without surgery, without crush diet, without gym, without yoga.

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. First of all,avoid friction.dont rest ur elbows on surfaces.avoid scrubbing elbows,knees.Dont use tight clothing.dont use perfumes,deos and roll ons over the neck.U can use an antiperspirant powder.U can use a homeremedy of sugar,honey and lemon juice over the dark areas for fifteen minutes and wash it off.

Going for a mini vacation and worried as to how you would be able to stick to your diet and fitness regimen?

Don't fret Here are a couple of tips that will help u stay as near as your meal plan specially designed by your Registered Dietician, for your lifestyle

Firstly do not consider diet/ meal plan and exercise regimen as a burden. the key is to incorporate healthy eating and exercise as a part of normal living patterns.

Be well informed about the local foods available at the places that you would be visiting.

Choose wisely the low-fat options available.

Simultaneously, be also aware that low-fat foods are not necessarily low calorie, especially coz then you tend to eat them in larger quantities. The extra carbohydrates proportion created due to the reduction in fat percentage will eventually get converted into fat

Leave your dining table with a feeling that you could have eaten more. Do not stuff your stomach to its fullest capacity

Keep handy snacks like roasted chana, dry fruits (preferably the unsalted ones), fresh fruits, roasted makhanas, khajoor, etc

Avoid loading onto bakery foods in your food luggage bag. even the seemingly low calorie healthy/ whole grain bread and biscuits would do more harm than good coz of the trans-fatty acids or the saturated fats used as leavening agents

Remember the motto 'from farm to plate- no machinery in between'

Instead of popping in peppermints and accumulating sugar and hence fat, the healthy idea would be to keep a stock of natural mouth fresheners like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, etc. these will up your antioxidant quota too.

Do not neglect your protein intakes. Carry packets of skim milk powder with you and enjoy fat-free milk, anytime, anywhere.

Carry sufficient water bottles along. do not tank up on carbonated beverages, just because you feel lazy to carry the extra weight in your handbags.

The extra weight that you put on while consuming these on your memorable trip, would be a disaster to health and lead to guilt later on

Lastly, do not forget your exercise regimen. Remember, muscle mass tends to be lost within 7 days of physical inactivity. Loss of muscle mass leads to reduction in basal metabolic rate and more of fat accumulation and the famous 'yo-yo syndrome.' which makes fat loss difficult later

Physical activity can be any forms like avoiding the elevator and using the staircases only of the hotel. walking as much as possible for short distances, especially when the sight seeing distances are shorter.Asana like Surya namaskar, chakki asanas, etc can be done an early morning in the hotel room itself. Mantra is to keep walking (it will help you burn the extra calories consumed and also keep your metabolic rate elevated.

One would not like to come back from a memorable trip outstation and be bogged down with the guilt of fat tires and love handles accumulated. prevention is better than cure.

Most importantly, even if you have failed to follow any of these tips, pl do not forget to go to your Registered Dietician for your regular scheduled follow-up visit

Hye. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Khana band karne se aur khaana kum kar dene se wajan ulta badhta hai. Ek waqt pe kam khaye. Thoda thoda samay samay pe khana le. Khane se pehle ek glass garam limboo ka pani le. Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le. Sahi samay pe sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare. Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi.
