Dear Lybrate user Kindly consults me on Lybrate app with detail history. As of now, you should take a 1/2tsp Dhanyak powder(Dhaniya ) + 1/2tsp Jirak (Jira) Shocked in 1/2 cup water whole night prepare juice and drink it early morning empty stomach. If constipation present tries to resolve it.

Hi, -apply tomato juice on your skin daily. -apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon. -mix fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry. Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream. Follow this daily regime and let me know your feedback.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and for stomach pain take tablet meftalspas-ds and remember to do exercise regularly on alternate days for a minimum of 15 minutes.

High cholesterol has become a very common phrase nowadays. With excessive consumption of fast foods and sugar, lifestyle disorders such as diabetes and high cholesterol have become very common. In order to know what high cholesterol is, you should first know about cholesterol.

Cholesterol is a type of fat present in the body which is needed for regulating hormones in the body. It also plays an important role in Vitamin D production. Though you get cholesterol from food, the body has its own supply of cholesterol as well. Excessive cholesterol in the body can lead to cholesterol build up in your arteries, resulting in blood circulation problems. The arteries tend to narrow down, not allowing the blood to flow properly. High cholesterol levels are linked to heart problems and strokes.

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine, the treatments of which are based on natural ingredients. It is very effective and free from side effects, unlike conventional methods of treatment. Ayurvedic remedies for high cholesterol levels in the body aim to bring down the cholesterol level and improve your overall wellbeing.

The Ayurvedic tips to lower cholesterol levels are:

  1. Eat healthy: Diet plays an important role in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, so eating healthy is of paramount importance. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet to get the required amount of Vitamins and minerals in order to keep your body healthy. i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......
