Malaria is a life-threatening disease transmitted through bite of anopheles mosquito infected with a plasmodium parasite.The parasites travel to the liver, where they mature and infect red blood cells. Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection.like: high fever with shaking chills profuse sweating headache nausea/vomiting diarrhea/bloody stools anemia muscle pain seizures coma Dragging heavy sensation in abdomen(Enlarged spleen). Hello, for your dandruff, please use salisia kt or scalpe shampoo after washing scalp with your regular shampoo like dove for head bath thrice a week for a month and then as maintenance at least once a week for 2 months. Avoid oiling as fungus thrives in oily scalp. You could oil 1 hr prior to head bath. Cause of hairfall has to be assessed for proper diagnosis so send pictures or see a local dermatologist for the same.

1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily. For colouring the white hair:- apply bakson's sunny hair colour (black and brown). You can also use bakson's henna mehendi powder.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

Set your phone to silent and put it in a different room. Then, with the door closed to any distractions, sit down comfortably, cross-legged if you can. Close your eyes and clear your mind, focusing in on your breath is it flows in and out of your lungs. If you are a visual person, imagine that air is a color, and that you can see it filling up and emptying out of your body. General Diet Tips for Healthy Hair

Web MD recommends eating six to 10 servings of vegetables daily.
Eat two to four servings of fruit daily.
Get enough protein?either two to three servings of meat a day or four to five servings of dairy and beans (keep in mind that a serving meat is three ounces, no larger than the size of your cell phone).
Eat foods rich in omega-3, such as eggs, nuts, seeds, and fish.
Mix it up! Don't eat the same foods every day. A variety will ensure that you get all of the vitamins and minerals that you need.
Add a multivitamin to your daily routine. Eat it with food to increase absorption.
Foods for Healthy Hair

Need ideas for specific foods? All of the foods below have been recommended for hair. If you eat these regularly, you will natural treat any deficiencies that may be causing your hair loss.

Salmon, sardines, trout, and mackerel: All of these fish will provide protein, vitamin D, and omega-3. Your body cannot create the fatty acids found in omega-3 on its own, and those fatty acids make up 3% of your hair shaft and are also found in the skin on your scalp, so you need to eat them somewhere!

Eggs: Eggs have protein, zinc, selenium, sulfur, and iron. Since iron is one of the most common deficiencies that lead to hair loss in premenopausal women (who lose some every month with their menstrual cycle), the importance of these minerals cannot be overstated.
Spinach and other leafy greens: In addition to other minerals, these vegetables are important for theiruh iron. They are an excellent source of iron for vegans, and have less cholesterol than animal-based sources.
Effect of Smoking and Drug Use on Hair Loss

Smoking is related to hair loss and baldness, according to research by the US National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health. Other drugs have a similar correlation. If you are taking prescription medicine, consult your doctor or check the side effects to see if that could be a cause of your hair loss.

Medical Treatments for Hair Loss

If the natural treatments above do not work, it is time to consult a doctor. Hair loss can be a side effect of a serious medical condition such as thyroid problems or diabetes. Doctors will also run a blood test to definitively rule out any deficiencies.

If your hair loss is not caused by lifestyle, diet, or disease, then it is due to changes in your hormones related to aging. There are two medicines that can help treat this type of hair loss.

Rogaine (minoxidil). Rogaine is an over-the-counter medication that is applied to the scalp. It works best on hair that has just begun to thin. According to Web MD, "[more] than 50% of users claim that it can thicken hair and slow hair loss" Once you begin using Rogaine, you must continue to use it indefinitely in order to maintain its effects. If you go this route, Costco sells minoxidil at a significantly lower price than most pharmacies.
Propecia (finasteride). Propecia is a pill that can treat more developed hair loss in men. It works by blocking the hormones that cause hair loss from reaching the skin. Consult your doctor before taking Propecia.
Homemade Natural Rogaine Hair-Loss Treatment Recipe

This recipe does not contain minoxidil, but worked for my own hair loss. You can see the story for how I discovered the recipe below.

Ingredients

Water
Licorice ( It has been proven that it kills the bacteria )
Burdock Root. (This root also has been shown to relieve eczema, as well as acne, psoriasis, and other skin conditions.)
Dandelion Root. (This root is filled with the vitamins and minerals discussed above, including vitamin A, B, C, and D, iron, potassium, and zinc.)
Directions

(1) Rub licorice in a glass and fill it halfway with water.

(2) Rub the burdock and dandelion root against a stone to make a fine paste.

(3) Mix the paste with the licorice water, and apply it to your head.

(4) Leave paste on scalp for whole day it will stick to your head like white cement. Dont wash your head until its necessary. (I used to apply it in the mornings and took it off in the evenings).

Good to know that reports of years old boy are normal but there is pain on running. Improve your hemoglobin, ignore the pain. Make sure that you eat right before running and drink lots of water after exercise.

Using sunscreen on a daily basis provides a good shield against sun rays. Dry skin, wrinkles, sunspots, and dark circles on the skin are more related to unprotected exposure to the sun rather than just aging. The sun is the most powerful agent that can lead to these effects and it is very essential to guard yourself against it. Using a sunscreen provides a shield against harmful ultraviolet rays. Research has shown a 73% reduction in the invasive forms of skin cancer by using sunscreen on a regular basis. It is a popular belief that fair complexion is more affected by exposure to the sun. For headache, please take tab calpol once a day after breakfast for two or three days only, and if you do not allergy to paracetamol. Calpol contains paracetamol. One of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help. Hope this helps,
