It can be due to anemia. So please take care and eat healthy food (balanced diet) and avoid heavy exercise till your dizziness subsides. Do go for regular check up and repetat the tests. Hair loss, also known as alopecia orbaldness, refers to a loss of hair from the head or body. Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern hair loss. Hair loss and hypotrichosis have many causes including androgenetic alopecia, fungal infection, trauma (e. G. Due to (trichotillomania), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies (e. G. iron deficiency), and autoimmune diseases (e. G. alopecia areata. Hair loss severity occurs across a spectrum with extreme examples including alopecia totalis (total loss of hair on the head) and alopecia universalis (total loss of all hair on the head and body). The most common cause of alopecia is *Androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern or female-pattern hair loss) *Androgenetic alopecia is an androgen-dependent hereditary disorder in which dihydrotestosterone plays a major role. This form of alopecia may eventually affect up to 80% of white men by the age of 70 (male-pattern hair loss) and about half of all women (female-pattern hair loss). Other common causes of hair loss are *Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) *Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) *Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, SLE, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) *Alopecia areata Less common causes are primary hair shaft abnormalities, autoimmune diseases, heavy metal poisoning, and rare dermatologic conditions. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2. Regular physical activity keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3. You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4. Toilet habits never ignore the urge to go to the toilet consult physician for further management.

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. कुछ बीमारियों की गिनती गम्भीररूपमेंनहीं की जाती पर वो शरीर को तकलीफ ऐसी देती हैं कि मेंटली,फिजिकली आप डिस्टर्ब हो जाते हैं। और ऐसी आम बीमारियों में से एक है खांसी की बीमारी।जब एक रुकावट या तकलीफ़ देने वाली अड़चन आपके गले या ऊपरी वायु मार्ग में होती है, तो आपका मस्तिष्क इससे राहत पाने के लिए खांसने का विकल्प चुनता है।
खाँसी एक वायरल संक्रमण, ज़ुखाम, फ्लू, धूम्रपान और स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं जैसे अस्थमा, टीबी और फेफड़ों के कैंसर के कारण भी हो सकती है।

खांसी के लक्षण

  • गले में खराश
  • सीने में दर्द 
  • रक्तसंकुलता आदि 

जानकारों की माने तो हल्की-फुल्की खांसी के लिए बार बार सिरप पीना सेहत के लिए अच्छा नहीं इसलिए जरूरी है कि आप घर में उपलब्ध चीजों को खांसी के उपचार में इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। तो चलिए हम जानेंगे कुछ वाइज होम रेमेडीज जिनके इस्तेमाल से गंभीर से गम्भीर खांसी में भी आपको मिलेगा आराम।

1. हल्दी
आधा कप पानी गरम करें एक उबलते हुए बर्तन में। उसमें एक चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर और एक चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर मिलाएँ। आप दालचीनी भी मिला सकते हैं। इसको दो से तीन मिनट के लिए उबाल लें। शहद का एक बड़ा चम्मच इसमे मिलाएँ। इसे दैनिक रूप से पिएं जब तक हालत में सुधार ना हो जाए।हल्दी को इस्तेमाल करने का एक और तरीका है। हल्दी जड़ को भूनें और एक मुलायम पाउडर के रूप में पीस लें। पानी और शहद के साथ इस मिश्रण को दिन में दो बार पिएं।
सदियों से हल्दी को एक आयुर्वदिक जड़ी बूटी के तौर पर उपयोग में लाया जाता है। हल्दी से खांसी, और खासकर सूखी खाँसी पर तुरन्त असर होता है।

2. नींबू
खांसी की दवाई दो बड़े चम्मच नींबू का रस और एक बड़ा चम्मच शहद के संयोजन के द्वारा बनाई जा सकती है। यह सिरप दिन में कई बार लें।
एक और तरीका है नींबू के उपयोग करने का – थोड़ा सा शहद, लाल मिर्च की एक चुटकी और नींबू का रस मिलाएँ और पी लें। नींबू के गुण सूजन कम कर देते है और संक्रमण से लड़ने वाले विटामिन प्रदान करते हैं।

3. बादाम 
पांच से छह बादाम 8 से 10 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो दें। भीगे हुए बादामो को बाहर निकालकर एक चिकना पेस्ट तैयार करें और एक चम्मच मक्खन मिलाएँ।यह दिन में तीन से चार बार खाएं जब तक आपके लक्षण चले ना जाएं। बादाम में पोषण गुण होते है जो की खांसी के लक्षणों के उपचार में एक सक्रिय भूमिका निभाते हैं।

4. लहसुन
पानी के एक कप में दो से तीन लहसुन की लौंग उबाल लें और एक चम्मच अजवायन मिलाएं। इसके तापमान को शांत होने दें, फिर कुछ शहद मिलाकर पी लें। यह श्वास लेने और अन्य खांसी के लक्षणों को कम करने में मदद करेगा।
पिसी हुई लहसुन, लौंग के तेल की कुछ बूँदें और कुछ शहद को मिलाकर लेने से आपको गले में खराश से राहत मिलेगी। आप खाना पकाने में भी लहसुन का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं।लहसुन में दोनों जीवाणुरोधी और रोगाणुरोधी घटक हैं जो कि खांसी के इलाज में मदद करते हैं।

5. प्याज
आप पके हुए प्याज के रस, कंफ्री चाय और शहद से खांसी की दवाई भी बना सकते हैं। इसे दैनिक रूप से पीना सूखी खाँसी से राहत देता है।
एक अन्य विकल्प है कि एक छोटे आधा चम्मच शुद्ध शहद के साथ आधा चम्मच प्याज के रस को मिला लें। यह दिन में कम से कम दो बार खांसी को कम और गले को शांत करने के लिए पिएं।
खाँसी के लिए सबसे सरल घरेलू इलाज प्याज को काटना है। इस मज़बूत वाष्प में श्वास लेना खाँसी को रोकने में मदद कर सकता है।

6. शहद
शहद के साथ गर्म दूध सूखी खाँसी के कारण हो रहे सीने में दर्द और निरंतर खाँसी को कम कर सकता है। सर्वोत्तम परिणाम के लिए, इसे सोने से पहले हर दिन पिएं। शहद के एनल्जेसिक गुण से अतिरिक्त लाभ के लिए, खाली पेट शहद की एक चम्मच लें। यह बलगम साफ करने और गले को शांत करने में मदद करेगा।

7. होममेड सिरप
खांसी से राहत पाने के लिए आप खुद बनाइए एक हेल्दी सिरप। एक चौथाई चम्मच लाल मिर्च, एक चौथाई चम्मच अदरक, एक बढ़ा चम्मच शहद, एक बढ़ा चम्मच सेब का सिरका और दो बड़े चम्मच पानी मिलाकर मिश्रण तैयार करें। इस सिरप को दिन में दो से तीन बार पीते रहें।
लालमिर्च लगतर खांसने की वजह से उभरे सीने में दर्द को कम करने में मदद करती है। यह गर्म है और इसके अलावा उत्तेजक भी है।

8. गाजर
चार से पांच ताज़ा गाजर से रस बनाएं और इसे पतला करने के लिए कुछ पानी मिलाएँ। स्वाद और अधिक लाभ के लिए, शहद की एक छोटी चम्मच भी मिला सकते हैं।
एक दिन में तीन से चार बार गाजर के रस को पिएं जब तक लक्षणों में सुधार ना हो जाए। गाजर में कई विटामिन और पोषक तत्व होते है जो कि खाँसी के विभिन्न लक्षणों में मदद कर सकते हैं।

9. अंगूर
सबसे आसान नुस्खों में से एक है अंगूर क्योंकि इसके लिए आपको नहीं करने कोई भी तामझाम। आप सीधा अंगूर खा सकते हैं या कुछ ताज़ा अंगूर का रस बना सकते हैं। एक चम्मच शहद के साथ अंगूर का रस सुखदायक और प्रभावी होगा। अंगूर आपकी श्वसन प्रणाली के प्रभावित हिस्सों से बलगम को हटाने के लिए एक कफोत्सारक के रूप में कार्य करता है। जितना जल्दी बलगाम निकलेगा, उतना जल्दी आपको खाँसी से आराम मिलेगा।

पर ध्यान रहे .. खाँसी के विभिन्न लक्षणों से, बिना किसी साइड इफ़ेक्ट के जो कि गोलियों और खांसी सिरप के साथ हो सकते हैं, ये घरेलू उपचार आपको राहत दे सकते हैं।।लेकिन अगर आपको लगातार दो हफ्ते से ज्यादा खाँसी है, तो फौरन डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें।

Hi lybrate-user to gain muscles you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I just broke up a few days ago after my gf cheated on me. I hadn't eaten for a week due to anxiety because I knew something was wrong but 3 days ago we broke up and she's gone to him. Now that I hadn't eaten for a week, my body can't intake that much of food and liquids (I'm trying) and I am really depressed, sometimes I'm happy but then again, depressed. Well, it is a good thing to share your distress and get it off of your chest. However, that doesn't change much, does it? You are just all of 15 years old and you should not take the relationship too seriously. It is better you have discovered that she was two-timing you now than a lot later when you wold have been too much into her. It will certainly hurt to know that your best friend has snatched her away from you. Perhaps he was better for her for some reason and you can do some reasoning around that and see where you have to improve. It is not the end of the world and you can take it in your stride, if you learn the lessons you need to. Otherwise, you will tend to repeat them. You must now quickly move on and get rid of all reminders of her and stop visiting places you two used to frequent. You must talk a lot about your feelings to a close friend but do not malign her reputation. If you have lost to a better guy, then so may it be. You will still find your dream girl somewhere out there and do not rush into one right now until you have resolved this matter. If need be you could meet with a relationship copunselor and sort all your emotions to come out stronger and better.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Dear Lybrate User, *Exercise is an important part of life. It increases metabolism and burns fat and also brings balance as well as mental clarity. The health benefits of yoga are vast. Taking up a daily yoga practice along with breathing exercises (pranayama) is an effective way for maintaining a healthy body weight. *At the very least, a 20 minute brisk walk should be incorporated into a morning daily routine. This will move lymph and reduce adipose tissue. *Napping during the day will increase the qualities that lead to weight gain; heavy, slow, dull, oily, gross and soft.
