Physical Therapy Physical therapy is the most common treatment for a frozen shoulder. The goal is to stretch your shoulder joint and regain the lost motion. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to nine months to see progress. A home exercise program of gentle range of motion exercises is important. If you don't see progress after six months of intense, daily exercises, speak to your doctor about other options. Home Care Placing an ice pack on your shoulder for 15 minutes at a time several times per day can help to decrease pain. If you’re working with a physical therapist, the exercises can be done at home. Your physical therapist will provide instructions on the types of exercises you must do, how often to do them, and when to push yourself harder. Most people with a frozen shoulder can improve their condition without surgery. Ice Apply ice immediately after injuring your muscle. This will minimize swelling. Don’t put ice directly on your skin. Use an ice pack or wrap ice in a towel. Keep the ice on your muscle for about 20 minutes. Repeat every hour on the first day. For the next several days, apply ice every four hours. Heat therapy Heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff shoulder. It can help with muscle pain and arthritis in the shoulder. Use a heated gel pack, heating pad or a hot water bottle. Shoulder exercises and stretches Regular exercises and stretches can keep your shoulder strong and flexible. A few things to remember before swinging in to exercises: •Stop any exercise if you have more shoulder pain. It may be too soon for you to try. •Watch your form. Exercising incorrectly can also cause or worsen shoulder problems. •Warm up, even before deep stretching. Light shoulder rolls, gentle movements, or even a warm shower are all ways to warm up your muscles before exercise and stretching. Pendulum stretch for range of motion•Stand and bend at the waist. •Let your arm on the injured side hang straight down. •Keep your neck relaxed. •Move your arm in a circle up to 20 times. •Do once or more times in a day. Overhead shoulder stretch •Sit or stand to do this shoulder stretch. •Intertwine your fingers in front of you. •Bend your elbows and raise your arms above your head. You can also place your hands on your head or behind it. •Gently squeeze your shoulder blades together to move your elbows back. •Continue for up to 20 repetitions. Repeat 5 to 10 times a day.

Hi please give good calcium supplements and 1st condition it may be cervical spondylitis that is starting condition if you don't have tremors in hand, for knee pain just you apply hot water fermentation. Consult near qualified Physiotherapist he will assist and give the best treatment and home exercises.

Use Hot compression over the Painful areas. Do stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Maintain Good Posture. Try Extension Exercise. Don't carry any heavy weight. Whenever you are sitting for a long time use soft pillows under your waist.

My left hip muscles remain tight and inflamed most of the time. There is pain through out the day .Have tried every medicine and exercise but get temporary relief only. At times symptoms are typical of sciatica but most times pinching above left femur head is felt. If none of the above then just nagging pain of muscles/ tissues.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Ulcer doesn't cause cancer. Cancer can cause ulcer. And to know the cause of the pain you will need to consult and give proper details. And take some tests.
