Standing, walking, climbing stairs for long time can cause backpain. It is advised to repeatedly and frequently change position so as to avoid strain over back muscles. Doing regular knee and back exercises will also help improve tone of muscles and helps relaxation of stiff muscles.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

My sister having problem of pain since year she has done mri ct scan and all required investigations now the problem is when ever she going to sleep unable to move at side she having pain just close near arms. Avoid computer work and do neck stretching exercise and hot fermentation avoid toward bending of neck if it work then ok otherwise tk tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy for arm pain.

Please send your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp (disc prolapsed) or anything else. This type of backache is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advice:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Back pain is common among farmers because of the physical nature of the occupation. Several measures can be taken to reduce the risk of a back injury. Many tasks can be modified to relieve stress placed on the back. These may include: Avoid working in awkward positions or standing for long periods of time. When changing directions turn with the feet, not at the waist, to avoid a twisting motion. Wear boots with high-quality insoles to support the ankles and reduce back pain. Use correct lifting posture every time. Use your legs to lift, instead of your back. When carrying items keep them close to your body and make more trips carrying smaller loads. Limit repetitive tasks and chores involving poor posture. Alternating this type of task with less strenuous tasks can be effective at preventing back injuries. Use long-handled tools to increase leverage and reduce the need to bend or reach" Push" rather than" pull" objects. Carts and wheelbarrows are efficient when feeding animals or hauling heavy tools. When in the tractor seat, adjust the seat to position your thighs parallel to the floor. Consider installing mirrors or cameras in equipment to reduce the need to turn. Replace older equipment seat cushions with new ones that have adjustable lumbar support, arm rests and adjustable thigh support. Modify tasks or work methods to reduce the number of times needed to get on and off equipment. Minimize stumbling or fall hazards by practicing good housekeeping methods in all areas of the farm. This includes keeping tractor platforms clear of tools and clutter. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. -Try to do back strengthening and core stability exercises.

I had swelling in knees sometimes at toes also what does it indicates and what is solution for the same.

This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKID PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

I am a lady of 53 years. I have been suffering from a severe body pain and swollen legs for quite some time. As prescribed by doctor the test done for ra factor has been 24.0 iu/ml with a reference range upto 20.0 iu/ml and anti-cccp antibodies serum was below 0.50 and anti nuclear factor was 0.95. In this backdrop please suddest what to do as I am unable to even walk properly.

according to ayurveda you are suffering from aamvata....this disease happens because of accumulation of aam(undigested food) in all body joints...and symptom occurs like stiffness...pain.....fever sometimes....swelling etc....there are medicines like maha jwarankush ras....ekangvir ras....vaat rakshak...agnitundi vati etc.....so take medicines you will feel good after some time

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI .DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. Hi looks like you have tendonitis. 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. You can apply warm sesame oil on both the knees twice a day. And if there is swelling as well then just apply ice pack. Do not walk a lot or stress your knees a lot. If the pain still continues, then can start with ayurveda treatment as it will heal you naturally.

Sir 1. start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. 2. Don't sit on floors 3. Don't lift heavy things 4. Take calcium and methylcobalamin supplement with omega 3 for three months minimum. 5 use lumbar spine belt also.

Possible cause-age is less so factors may be 1 prolong sitting (bad posture) with wallet. 2. Difference in height of both legs. 3. Sciatica. Treatment- back strengthening exercises, knee slides and quadriceps, avoid wallet, take minimum 15 days physiotherapy sessions for better result.

This may be due to cervical spondylosis take an xray avoid pillow while sleeping avoid bending cervical spine avoid staring and after working for 30 minutes take rest for few minutes use cervical collar. Take medicines for with muscle relaxant and analgesics
