there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your body every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on yourbody and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi, for high fever cause of fever should be known. If it is not associated with common cold then some detailed history and investigations for dengue, malaria, typhoid etc. May be required for a confirmed diagnosis. For simple fever with cold you can take paracetamol 1 tab sos, tab alegra sos and bed rest for 2 days.

Dear lybrate user, backache after 2 hours of sitting signifies either of 2 condition. First which is more likely is due to disc herniation, where sitting leads to increase in pressure at nucleus pulposus of disc, causing irritation of nerve of this material and hence pain or second which is less likely is facetal arthritis caused due to loading of posterior compartment of spine during sitting. In any of 2 condition you need to consult either orthopedician trained in spine or interventional pain specialist for clinical evaluation and appropriate treatment. Hope it helps.

Hello lybrate-user, the ideal weight determined by your height and for you falls around 80 we have to understand that losing weight is 80 % diet and 20 % exercise. By all means you have to change your diet and decrease your overall calorie intake to lose weight. A recheck on his diet plan should help. Some general things you should follow to lose weight and control his blood pressure are. 1) try maintaining blood pressure upper under 135 and lower under 85mm hg with lifestyle and medication 2) if overweight, losing weight should be a priority, try achieving bmi less than 25 3) 40-45 mins of aerobic exercise daily 4) be regular with your medication, don't skip doses or stop abruptly. 5) in diet -low salt. Max 3 gms a day. - avoid preserved food as all preservatives have salt. - no pickles, papads, chips, farsan as all have high salt and. - atleast 2 serving of fresh fruits in a day. - 1 serving 35-40 gms of nuts like walnuts, almond to be included - if you take fish 2 serving of fatty fish per will like salmon. -avoid red meat, egg yellow, fried and spicy oily food - may shift to better oils like olive in cooking 6) may consider supplements, like cod fish oil capsules, flax seeds, chia seeds, krill oil as they have good content of omega 3 fatty also losing weight is a slow process, by holistic approach of diet and exercise you will loose weight permanently and so you should encourage him to continue an healthy lifestyle. Do continue medication for hypertension as you are taking and if no, keep a tab on the pressure reading and consider starting one after ruling out other secondary causes of hypertension. Also get you sugars, cholesterol and thyroid checked once. Medication for decreasing weight are not effective and may cause side effects. As you are young you not morbidly overweight you may follow diet and exercise, if still unsuccessful we would consider starting one.

Start using fresh aloevera pulp over face and keep overnight. Next morning wash well with normal water. Apply lemon juice and salt and massage lightly. Report after a week with response for deciding further course of action. Better avoid otc products.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.
