There are very useful tips to cure the hard stool problem- 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool 2. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. 3. Triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. 4. Taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. 5. Boil a few figs (fresh and ripe or dried) in a glass of milk, and drink this mixture at night before going to bed. Figs have high fiber content and provide quick relief from constipation. 6. Drinking half a cup of cabbage juice twice daily may help relieve constipation. 7. Drink half a glass of spinach juice mixed with half a glass of water twice daily for two to three days, and find relief even from severe constipation. 8. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. 9. Cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. 10. Regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation.

Numbness may also be caused by extremely cold atmosphere depending on place where u live. I suggest you to clean intestines to expel AMA to strike laziness as a first step. Then pranayam is required. Then anti Vatic treatment is required. It takes not less than two to three months by safe Ayurveda treatment without side effects. Provided you are sure u r not diabetic. If diabetic, treatment would differ and for longer time.

I sweat too much. Even in the morning when I walk in the street and also during eating anything hot. Sweat comes more on face. And my skin is oil skin and looks very bad after sweating.

Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Hba1c% 8.7, means diabetes control is not good. It should be <7%. On insulin one can achieve a very good blood sugar control. You should try to maintain fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg/100ml.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Get your Thyroid profile done and revert.

Porn is fabricated and concocted lies and illusion, far fetched from reality. If you continue watching it, your mind will be so corrupted that you will not be ready for the real thing. There are many ways to control your thoughts. Practice yoga, meditation etc. Do rigorous physical exercise. Take up a project, home or office based. And most important look out for a nice gf (urgent), who would love you and make you happy. You are only 26 yrs. Do not waste your youth watching the stupid and dirty Porn, which would only lead you to destruction.

Hi Lybrate user, Sun is source of vitamin D, now a days most time is spent in indoors becoz of ac rooms and TV watching, which is resulting in deficiency. Try to go for a walk in morning or evening sunlight. Include soaked almonds, milk, boiled egg, berries in diet. If these natural methods are not suffice you can think of sachet supplements.

You have problem with length of penis and also penis gets less erect. I advise you to take proper balanced diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength. Do kegel exercises daily.

Blood may be due to hard stool. Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast f 5 have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hr 6. Take more fruits and vegetables report after 15 days 7. Take a glass of hot sweet milk at night take more water during day. Try for 7 days and give feed back.
