Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done.

What are the precautions can I take to avoid rashes? In my village, water is very dirty to bath and for other purposes. We, people are affecting with several skin diseases. please respond.

Hello. Use any medicated soaps specially ayurvedic or homoeopathic only. Avoid use of any kind of chemicals, so apply coconut oil after bathing. You can improve your skin by good and healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Choose mild soaps that have added oils and fats. Avoid deodorant and antibacterial soaps, which are especially harsh on dry skin. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin (never ever rub the area). Apply the moisturizer or lubricating cream while your skin is still wet or moist from bathing. Petroleum jelly is a good choice. Cover the treated areas with plastic wrap to keep the petroleum jelly from staining clothes and furniture. Use a portable home humidifier or one attached to your furnace to add moisture to the air inside your home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. you can take medicines for thyroid..tab. thyronorm 150 mcg before meal.and for ibs you cut out such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower — and raw fruits.Fiber supplements. Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium (Metamucil) or methylcellulose (Citrucel), with fluids may help control constipation. Fiber obtained from food may cause much more bloating compared with a fiber supplement. If fiber doesn't help symptoms, your doctor may prescribe an osmotic laxative such as milk of magnesia or polyethylene glycol.

Hello, To get soft and silky hair, try the below given methods:- 1. Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins (hops and malt) in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds shine and luster to your hair. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends. 2. Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions. 3. Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off. 4. Follow this remedy once every two weeks. 2. Coconut oil :-To get shiny hair, it is important to provide nourishment by applying oil to your hair regularly. Coconut oil (organic and unrefined) is one of the best options. It helps restore moisture to dry and damaged hair, in turn making it shiny and healthy. Apply warm coconut oil on your hair, from the root to the ends. Massage for a few minutes and then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel for at least 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water, then shampoo and condition like normal. Another option is to add a few curry leaves to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat it until warm. When cool, massage the oil gently onto the scalp and hair. Cover with a warm towel for 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo.

So you have 2 diseases one is asthma for which you are on seroflo 250mcg inhaler and also having mdr tb for which you taking medicines. I hope for tuberculosis you are following the dots plus regimen (govt. Centre) and hence getting good quality and correct treatment. You should continue to take your tb medicines now drugs (cp phase has cycloserine, ethionamide, levofloxacin and ethambutol) regularly without fail, on the same time daily and also continue asthma inhalers regularly with correct method. You should take a good diet consisting of proteins and also fruits and vegetables. Hope fully with your complete treatment your tb will be cured and your asthma shall remain in control. All the best.
