Mouth ulcer is most commonly caused by poor diet, nutritional deficiency, constipation or excessive stress. You need to start taking multi vitamins. Avoid junk food avoid excessive stress. Avoid too hot and spicy food.

Hi Shalini There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach and 1 tab in the evening. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minute. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Home remedies to Control high BP:-1. Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, orange juice, spinach, baked sweet potatoes. 2. Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart.If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day.

Mistakes that sabotage a Good Diet

Eating Healthy, eating Clean can sometimes be very confusing. With more and more new information coming up every day, one cannot comprehend what is healthy and what not. However, if you understand a few mistakes that can literally sabotage your good diet, you can surely be assured of eating healthy and clean.

1. You can be wrong with juices

Everyone thinks a glass of orange juice or any other fruit juice can do wonders for your health. But the truth is that you will be better off eating the whole fruit rather than the juice.

Why? For the simple reason, that juices lack the fiber content found in fruits. The fibers slow down digestion of sugar in the fruit whereas their absence in the juice causes the blood sugar to spike and results in insulin resistance.

Besides, packaged juices contain hardly any real fruit, all flavoring and concentrate apart from added sugar, a big wrong in Eating Clean.

2. Drinking your Protein? Na! That can be wrong too!

People like bodybuilders, gym goers drink a lot of protein shakes to get their proteins supplemented. However, protein shakes are OK for those who are on the go or for replacing meals sometimes but they cannot be altogether substituted for protein intake.

Your protein must come from your food. Meat, fish, pulses, eggs and dairy cannot be replaced by shakes since you will definitely miss out the nutritional value that whole foods provide.

Besides, protein shakes may have lot of artificial constituents and refined sugar that can be really bad for you.

3. Can’t understand food labels properly? A great mistake!

With more and more people working, many on the move, packaged food cannot be altogether avoided. However, one must make sure to read and understand the food labels.

The food labels reveal what is inside the package. Anything that has the label – Organic, Raw or Gluten-free is not surely healthy. One must know about ingredients especially things like MSG, Aspartame (artificial sweeteners) etc. that can be really unhealthy.

4. Sugar may be hidden somewhere

Calorie conscious? Avoiding sweets?

Well, even though you are very careful about selecting what you eat and avoid anything that tastes sweet, some sugar may still be hiding in your food increasing your calorie intake, without you knowing about it. Foods like tomato ketchup, pasta sauce, low-fat biscuits/crackers or low-fat dairy products, sandwich bread may all be hiding sugar almost equivalent to that present in a piece of cake. You must learn about hidden sugars and its alternatives to truly understand what you are eating.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

to stop gas poblem: -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Stop smoking. & Avoid alcohol;Stress may increase stomach acids -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Lose weight; Extra fat places pressure on abdomen, pushing gastric juices up  -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. -Review the medications;that cause acidity: like pain relievers/ antibiotics/Iron tablets HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food  -TREATMENT: -Antacids: for mild symptoms, like Mucaine gel, may give relief.  -For severe cases,tablet Rabicip-D, are taken once/twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

योग करने का सही समय कब होता है?

आज के युग में मनुष्य सब को पीछे छोड़कर आगे बढ़ने की दौड़ में इतने तनावग्रस्त हो जाते हैं कि अक्सर हजारों बीमारियों के शिकार बन जाते हैं। इन बीमारियों से पीछा छुड़ाने के लिए दवा का सहारा न लेकर प्राकृतिक तरीका अपनाना ही बुद्धि संगत होता है। योग वह प्राकृतिक तरीका होता है जिसके द्वारा मनुष्य खुद को शांत और निरोग रख सकता है। तनाव हर चीज को प्रदूषित कर (यानि वायु, खाद्द यहाँ तक कि जल भी प्रदूषित होता है) मनुष्य को बीमारियों का भंडार बना देता है। इन सबसे लड़कर खुद को स्वस्थ रखने में योग आपकी पूरी तरह से मदद करता है बशर्ते आप सही तरह से और सही समय पर करें। आप किस तरह के योग का चयन कर रहें है यह आपके तंदुरूस्ती पर निर्भर करता है लेकिन इसके साथ ही आपको सही समय का ज्ञान होना भी ज़रूरी होता है। आपके सहुलियत के लिए योग के सही समय का चुनाव करने के लिए यहाँ 6 नियम दिए जा रहे हैं-

1. सुबह का समय सबसे उपयुक्त होता है
डॉ. फूलगेन्दा सिन्हा, यौगिक क्युर फॉर कॉमन डिज़ीज़ेज पुस्तक के लेखक के अनुसार योग करने के लिए सुबह सबसे अच्छा समय होता है। लेकिन नाश्ता करने के पहले योग अभ्यास करना चाहिए क्योंकि अभ्यास करते वक्त पेट खाली होना चाहिए। अगर आपको यह समय पसंद नहीं है तो आप दूसरे समय का चुनाव कर सकते हैं बशर्ते कि आपका पेट खाली हो। क्योंकि खाना खाने के बाद खाना पूरी तरह से हजम होने में तीन से चार घंटे का समय लग जाता है।

2. खाना खाने के कुछ घंटे बाद ही योग अभ्यास करें
सुबह के जगह पर अगर आपने योग करने के लिए दूसरे समय का चुनाव किया है तो खाना खाने के तीन-चार घंटे के बाद ही योग अभ्यास करें। यहाँ तक कि चाय, कॉफी, जूस या दूसरा कुछ भी पीया है तो आधा घंटा के बाद ही योग अभ्यास शुरू करें।

3. योग शुरू करने के पहले खुद को तनावमुक्त और मन को शांत कर लें
योग के लिए समय का चुनाव करने के बाद योग अभ्यास शुरू करने के पहले सबसे ज़रूरी होता है शरीर को आरामदेह स्थिति में रखना। योग में एकाग्रता और शरीर में लचीलेपन की ज़रूरत होती है इसके लिए खुद को शांत रखना ज़रूरी होता है।

4. चुने हुए समय पर ही नियम से योग करें
डॉ. फूलगेन्दा के अनुसार जिस समय का चुनाव आपने किया है उसी समय पर रोज़ योग करें। इसलिए समय का चुनाव आप अपने रोज के कामों को ध्यान पर रख कर ही कीजिए ताकि अभ्यास का समय इधर-उधर न हो।

5. शरीर में आए बदलाव को अनुभव करने के लिए नियमित रूप से योग करें
जिस भी योग के सेट का अभ्यास आप कर रहे हैं उसे हफ़्ते में पाँच से छह दिन तक करने के बाद ही आप शरीर में आए बदलाव को देख सकते हैं, जैसे वज़न घटना, तनाव से राहत या दूसरे लक्षण आदि।

6. योग का अभ्यास ज़्यादा न करें
दिन में एक बार ही योग का अभ्यास करने की सलाह दी जाती है बशर्ते कि योग गुरू का निर्देश हो।
अगर आप सही तरह से योग का अभ्यास करेंगे तो जोड़ों का दर्द, गठिया, सर्वाइकल स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस, श्वास रोगों और यहां तक कि कुछ मानसिक बीमारियों से भी राहत पा सकते है। अतः नियम से योग अभ्यास करें और निरोग रहें।

You can find the diet regimen from my previously posted threads. But for your convenience, I am re-posting it. These are the general guidelines. For customized diet plan and treatment you can approach a good doctor. 1. Eat a healthy breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast revs up your metabolism. If you skip breakfast you're likely to eat more calories by binging later in the day. Cooked oatmeal, whole grain cereals, whole grain breads, eggs and tofu with a salad are all healthy choices. 2. Stop counting calories and eat foods that nourish your body. A meal of fat-free, sugar-free, refined processed foods is also nutrient-free. Plus, it won't satisfy you for long compared to a meal of nutrient-dense whole foods like vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fat. As you begin eating more nutritious foods and get a little more physical activity (if you aren't physically active now), your body will come to its natural healthy weight. 3. Always have some veggies and fruit washed and cut in your fridge. This way they're easy to grab when you're hungry and you can throw them in your bag when you're on the go. 4. Replace diet soda with unsweetened beverages. Diet drinks keep your sweet tooth craving sweets. Plus, they make you feel virtuous. Many people who drink diet drinks actually reward themselves with extra calories through the day. Instead, drink iced teas or plain or carbonated water with a slice of lemon or lime. 5. Use the" plate method" to make a healthy meal. Fill half your plate with low or non-starchy veggies like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, string beans, mushrooms, peppers, or leafy greens and some fruit. Fill one quarter, with a whole grain like brown rice, barley or a starchy vegetable like corn or potatoes, or beans. Fill the last quarter with protein like broiled, sauteed, roasted, or baked (not fried) fish, chicken or turkey without the skin, lean cuts of meat, tofu or eggs. 6. Cut down on carbs. Refined carbohydrates (cake, candy, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, soda, fruit juice, syrups, chips, and most supermarket breads) you don't burn turn into fat. Even foods like fruit yogurt and many breakfast cereals have lots of added sugar. Replace fruity yogurts with plain yogurt, choose high-fiber, lower carb cereal and add small amounts of healthy fat to your meals with avocado slices, unsalted nuts, seeds and olive oil. 7. Shrink your lunch and dinner plates. If you and your family eat off a plate larger than ten inches, replace them with plates that are nine or ten inches in diameter. We tend to eat what's in front of us. Using smaller plates there's less food in front of you to eat. 8. When eating out ask your server to double the green veggies in place of the potato or rice. I always do this and benefit from more nutrition and less carbs. Also, share food at the table. 9. Keep tempting foods out of the house. Stock your fridge and pantry with healthy foods and you're creating an environment that will help make you successful. Enjoy treats occasionally when you're out. 10. Walk for at least 40-45 minutes. You can start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase to reach your target.

I am 36 and have quite a few physical limitations in doing the yoga and exercises due to orthopeadic issues. Are aqua aerobics better in these kind of situations. Please advise.

Kindly choose any mode of exercise. Build up your stamina & and attain perfection in poses gradually. Don't do hop jump & stop type of exercises/
