I would advice you to take a prophylactic prolonged dose of antibiotic depending on your urine culture results as they are recurrent. Also drink at least 2.5 litres of water daily and you can take Cranmed capsules twice daily which contains Cranberry juice that has got good antiseptic effects on the bladder. In cases of recurrent infections it is always advisable to get a Ultrasound scan of Kidney, Ureter, Bladder done to rule out any anatomical abnormalities.

Hi If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. hi dhruvil, as your age is less durng strenuous workout your glucose and water content will be lost. though you eat normally it will not be sufficient for your muscle energy. so take plant of water of atleast 6 to 7 litres of water per day. take good watery good including kheera and carrot and good fruit juices. let pain a are alobdue to cramps only. so kindly follow the above advice. hope I answered your question. don't hesitate to ask me any question if you have any. have a good day.

However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 8.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 9.Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Drinking water during or after meals can bring almost 103 types of disease in your body.
