Hello. We can minimize the pain during menses with diet and medicines (which are safe to take).. Diet: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. This bittersweet treat will help you relax your muscles. - We all know fluids are essential when your body is cramping or bloating. Drinking two to three litres of water during your period is essential. - Tea is an easy way to replace your caffeine craving. Green tea to soothe cramps. now, even though green tea contains caffeine, try decaffeinated green tea instead — but be aware, you may lose some health benefits with a decaf version. Caffeine is another no-no. Drinking lots of coffee or pop during your period can increase higher levels of tension and anxiety. - Avoid anything that can damage your liver should be off the list. So, avoid alcohol. - Red meat, Smart says, is also know to cause stomach upsets and cramps. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses. And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - thrice daily for 1 month. Revert me back.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days.

Prolonged use of johnson and johnson baby powder and other talcum base product if use for decade for female hygiene can lead to ovarian cancer.

I am suffering from serious gastric problem for last 4 weeks. Head burn, chest burn, rapid heartbeat, senseless body parts (hand, legs). I also have dry cough and a little bit cold. First start with a eight day session of vasthi karma at a panchakarma centre near you. Vasthi will detoxify the body and remove excessive gas formation. After that start taking ayurveda medicine from a good expert. Take lighter food, no smoking, no drinking, avoid excess salt, spices, fermented foods. Take more milk, ghee etc.

Home Remedy- Make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste... Treatment- 1-Apply pranacharya chandrakanta lep on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water... 2-Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc....... Diet-avoid taking tea and coffee...spicy food and junk food...drink lots of water and fruit juices

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Hello, there different causes of nasal bleeding. So need to treat the cause. And the bone growth at which extent it's true you need to consult a nearest ent specialist. Drink plenty of water to avoid heat stroke.

Take alma and bhringaraj juice each 4tsf bdac for three months .almond oil 10 drops take after meal with one cup milk. Use reetha shampoo and dammage control conditioner twice in a wk.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking meals, do not sleep in day.

Instead of suffering get it removed coz we have no use of wisdom tooth. We need 28 teeth to chew our food since that tooth has to cum according to the nature so it comes but due insufficient space for the tooth to accomdate it gives pain.

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset. Wear a hat with broad brim, wear sunglasses whenever you are out in the sun. Don't awake late nights, follow motto of'early to bed, early to rise' avoid unnecessary exertion or stress.

hello..only from taking healthy food you can not find standard weight...main important thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism.. take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati tablet after meal.. maximum intake of fruit juices .. include dry fruits in your diet.. take rest after eating meal.. take high protein diet..

Dear Ms. Lybrate-user. Pcod need not produce problems for some. Some will have periods irregularities and difficulty in conceiving. Wt reduction diet is the diet for pcod regarding food take salad. Fruits. Any thing prepared by boiling, steam cooking or pressure cooking. Ie our rice chapatti and side dishes. Avoid food prepared in ovens like cake biscuits. Avoid anything fried. Soft drinks and fruit juices contain too much sugar should be avoided. See eat well guide. Published by uk in the net. Dry fruits and nuts are also calorific. And limit to 4--5 numbers per day to reduce wt walk for 45 min daily covering 4 km is enough. You may develop joint problems if you overdo. But then you have to reduce your in take. Replace dinner with salads and fruits. Replace breakfast with some product from getrim. See net in this way you can reduce calories without loosing nutrients

Sleeping in lap will not cause any effect and it is the baby's nature and there is no definite rule how much he will sleep. It varies in babies to tell the weight you have to tell birth weight. Usually double of birth weight now.
