Walking for 1 km is so much. However if you exhaust easily after small work and palpitation occurs it may be due to anemia or some heart trouble may be there. Consult to nearby doctor. Take healthy and nutritious food. Take glucose water three to four times in a day. Take homeopathic five phos tablets, 4 tablet, 6 times daily.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get her vital parameters of the body checked from a nearby doctor and revert back with findings and also get an xray chest with ecg done to rule out any pathology

I have BP and I use tablet telma xx daily twice. Few days back my blood pressure went low i. E 80/60. So I am taking the tablet only once in a day. It is being 115/70 on average. Today I did not take any tablet, it is around 129/80. Is the tablet required to be taken? Or can it stop?

Record your reading for ten days twice a day and if it is high or you are symptomatic than we have to start it and also get your blood checked for cbc lipid profile

Ways to Identify and Treat ANGINA PAIN?

Angina or angina pectoris is the pain, discomfort or tightness in the chest that occurs when the blood flow to the heart muscle cells is not enough to meet its energy needs. It is not a disease itself but rather a symptom of the coronary heart disease.

What are the different types of angina?

1. Stable angina: It is the commonest form of angina. It can be triggered by stress or physical activity and usually only lasts a few minutes.

2. Unstable angina: It happens when you're resting or aren't very active. The pain is strong and long lasting, and may keep recurring. It may be a signal of an impending heart attack.

3. Variant angina: This might take place when you're asleep or at rest. This sudden tightening or narrowing of the heart's arteries causes a lot of pain.

How u know what your are experiencing is an angina pain?

You might be having angina pain if you suffer from one or more of these symptoms:


- Chest pain
- Heartburn
- Breathlessness
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Restlessness
- Fatigue
- Pain in your arm, neck, jaw and back
- Numbness or loss of feeling in your arms, shoulders or wrists

Immediate Relief from Angina

Doctor, I am suffering from severe gastric problem and becoming worst day by day. Nose burning, pain in my throat and chest and burning in my stomach. When I pass motion it burns like fire. Feeling difficult to breath. At mid night I wake up suddenly with acid reflux in my chest and nose blockage. I am getting allergy phlegm which is not stopping since from 3 months. My throat has become sore and painful. Chest tightness. What is the best and immediate remedy for this. Please suggest. I am 44 years old Female.

First you have to drink lots of water& juices more for your acidity along with this take avipatti churnam 1spn with warm water once in a day. Sukumaram kashayam 15 ml twice with warm water for 2-3 months. Use anutailam 2-3 drops as nasal drops for 1 week continously. Eat leafy vegetables more.

hello Lybrate user its not too high to be worried.if your other parameters like lipid profile and sugar are alsothan its quite possible to control it without any medicines. start practicing yoga and meditation. go for morning walk and do some light exercises and surya namaskar. avoid fatty and spicy food, avoid cigratte smoking (if you do). reduce salt from your diet.

To control & maintain BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.
