With fingering in the rectum you might get infection down there if proper protection is not taken like the moistening before examining and sterile gloves, but you cannot get sti with fingers, this can get if had unprotected sex, regarding pain in the nose this would be due to dryness or due to nose pricking.

Superfoods For Healthy Hairs

1. Salmon

There are plenty of reasons to put salmon at the top of the list. It is full of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and vitamins b12 and d. All these are essential for healthy hair. Omega-3 essential fatty acids help keep your scalp supple and hydrated. A deficiency of this nutrient can cause dull-looking hair and even hair loss.

Meanwhile, the high amount of protein, iron and vitamin d in salmon improves hair strength and prevents breakage.

By including salmon in your diet, you can enjoy shiny hair as well as better hair growth. You can have baked, grilled or smoked salmon depending upon which you prefer to eat.

2. Eggs

For better hair growth and texture, you need to eat lots of protein. Hair is made up of keratin, which is a kind of protein. Eggs are one of the best sources of protein. The protein present in eggs is considered high-quality protein and is excellent for hair growth and strength.

Plus, eggs contain biotin and b vitamins that play a major role in preventing hair loss problems and improving overall scalp health.

Try to eat one egg daily or every other day. You can eat scrambled eggs, fried eggs or boiled eggs depending upon your preference.

3. Almonds

Nuts like almonds, pecans, cashews and walnuts are good for your hair. But almonds are considered the best for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.


Almonds are loaded with zinc that plays a key role in maintaining healthy circulation in the scalp, which in turn provides shiny, healthier, well-moisturized hair.

Almonds also contain a high level of omega-3 fatty acids that add shine and volume to your hair. Being rich in vitamin e, almonds also help prevent split ends and promote growth of healthy hair.

Keep a small bag of dry roasted almonds with you and eat them as snacks whenever you feel hungry. You can also soak two or three almonds in one-half cup of water overnight. In the morning, peel the skin and eat them.

4. Broccoli

Broccoli is a rich source of vitamins a and c, which help produce sebum. Sebum is the oily substance secreted by hair follicles and works like a natural hair conditioner. Plus, broccoli is rich in iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids that are required for healthy hair growth.

To take full advantage of the nutrients present in broccoli, eat raw broccoli heads as a snack or in salad three or four times a week.

5. Quinoa

This type of whole grain is extremely good for your hair. Loaded with protein, quinoa aids in strengthening hair strands. In fact, the protein extracted from this grain is used in high-quality hair products.

Plus, the vitamin e present in quinoa balances the production of natural oil so the scalp and hair stay properly moisturized and free of dandruff. Quinoa also has biotin, niacin, and vitamins b6 and b12 that are all vital for hair growth.

Quinoa has a nutty, earthy flavor and is great in stews and curries. It is also perfect for adding to salad or baked goods.

6. Kidney beans

Kidney beans are an excellent source of essential hair care nutrients. Along with protein, kidney beans are a rich source of iron, zinc and biotin. Protein helps strengthen the hair strands and promotes hair growth. Biotin is also essential for optimum hair health and its deficiency can cause brittle hair.

Even the american dietetic association recommends three or more cups of kidney beans each week to enjoy stronger, shinier and thicker hair.

Kidney beans can be added to salads, casseroles and side dishes. You can also puree them into dips and spreads.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and go for swimming and skipping. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes and do belly exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

Chronic sinusitis is a condition characterized by sinus inflammation symptoms lasting 8 weeks or longer. You should take ars. Alb 30 ch, 2 drops daily at night. Hello, hair loss in females are generally due to irregular diet and improper schedule and menstrual disorders. Try this ayurvedic schedule- a) avoid fast food, spicy and fried diet. B) avoid late night session and go to bed early (before 10 pm). C) avoid excess shampoo, bye or other chemical agents use. D) use these ayurvedic medicinesdaily massage your scalp with nili bhringadi hair oil and use narsingha rasayana 1 tsp twice daily. E) increase dairy products in your meal. F) practice anulom vilom pranayam.

Low sperm count is not related with junk food you can take diet that may help in raising sperm count like almonds/ milk/ yoghurt/cashews/ water melon seeds/pumpkin seeds consult physcian.

1. Sodium is a component of salt which is an essential ingredient of our diet. It is also known as sodium chloride (NaCl) in which sodium is 40% and chloride is 60%.

2. Sodium is an important mineral which maintains water balance in our body.

3. Sodium regulates the blood pressure with potassium.

4. It is involved in the proper functioning of both nerve impulses and muscles within the body.

5. It is added for flavour enhancement and to increase the self-life of certain food.

6. Processed and preserved food e.g. Cheese, condiments, fast foods, pickles, sauces soup, some frozen vegetables and canned food usually have high sodium content.

7. It is used as dressing for salad etc.

8. The body needs only a small amount of sodium to function properly. I. E, 500 milligrams /day. Usually. Fda recommends 2300 milligrams /day.

9. The sodium portion of the salt is associated with high blood pressure.

10. In India, hypertension disease burden which in the year 2007 was 125 million is expected to become 214 million by 2025.

11. It is essential to control the sodium intake which plays an important role in hypertension.

12. Salt sodium conversion will help us to reduce the sodium content

A. 1/4 teaspoon salt = 575 mg sodium
B. 1/2 teaspoon salt = 1, 150 mg sodium
C. 3/4 teaspoon salt = 1, 725 mg sodiu
D. 1 teaspoon salt = 2, 300 mg sodium

13. For optimal heart health, the American heart association recommends people aim to eat no more than 1, 500 milligrams of sodium per day i.e. approximately  tsp salt daily

7 months is long enough to probe into the matter. You should change your posture in routine which can be achieved by 1- change your chair 2- change your pillow 3- if possible, the bed or at least quilt should be changed 4- change your bike keep in touch, we will do something when even after changing things over a period of around 10 to 15 days. Some light exercises and investigations (, mri etc) after follow up then medicines. Regards.

Masturbation does not cause pimples but it is necessary to divert your mind to your studies and career. For pimples read on: 1)By perusal of about 200 health related questions, asked by young people it is revealed that there are three major concerns for them. Namely a) Getting rid of Pimples b) Getting rid of Obesity c) Search of fuller and muscular body. 2)Most questioners seek treatment of Pimples in some creams, or lotions. They are informed that pimples are caused by oily skin and closed pores. So reduced oil on skin and opening pores will cure them. 3)But how erroneous is this approach is demonstrated by failure of the treatment based upon the above theory. The funny part is when nothing can prevent the recurrence the blame is placed upon hormonal imbalance for which there is no definite cure. 4)What is forgotten is that the skin is also a part of the body and therefore if skin is afflicted in any way, it must be a manifestation of the problem of the entire body and not just skin. 5)Once this principle is accepted the emphasis is shifted to whole body and not to just the skin. 6)And then the line of treatment becomes logical and also successful. 7)Almost all cases of pimples are taken care of by the health tips of this month’s News Letter. By adopting this line of treatment, not only the pimples will go, general health will also improve. HEALTH TIPS: Line of treatment for pimples: 1)Start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2)Take an enema for first 6 six days. 3)Eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4)Apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5)Take a vessel (Topia or Pateela or Bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6)Come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7)If you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed. 8)The obesity matter is already discussed many times in the past. The search for fuller muscular body will be taken up later. CAUTION: 1)Dengue and rains have become synonymous in India. It stops only when the winter sets in. 2)The Municipal Authorities and Government health departments try to stop it by killing of mosquitoes and by distributing vaccines etc. 3)Whatever they do neither the reach can be wide enough nor the effectiveness is assured. 4)More over many people believe that the whole exercise is just futile. In recent years many virus are stopped but all of them are replaced by new ones, which are more potent and more dangerous. 5)This vicious circle is continuing unabated. 6)In fact all efforts should be towards improved hygiene and improvement of immunity levels. 7)When will the governments understand it and take proper steps, no one knows, but as an individual, everyone can do a lot to achieve better immunity levels. 8)Do not take antibiotics without proper advice. Once started do not quit them without completing the course. 9)Follow the advice from this NL for Navaratry routine, twice every year. It will surely improve immunity levels. 10)Rains call for Chai Pakoras. Please avoid them. These are doing no good to anyone. Eat light and exercise regularly. MONTH’S RECEPIE: Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.
