I am 25 year old I feel too weakness in body pain in back and perspiration in my palm and feet. I am suffering from night emission from age of 15 so I take treatment before last three year but my memory become weak cont. And fell weightless. I am confident to tell my felling and weakness. For pain in teeth and gums please go for a dental consultation as it may seem you have periodontitis due to hormonal change, noctunal emissions happen during this age, they are perfectly normal, and for other problems consult a physician, you can take lyser-d for pain relief.

1. Get knee x ray done 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 3. Learn knee exercises 4. Don't sit on floor 5. Wear sports shoes only 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum

But there is no pain or swelling.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally.

Hi Thanks for your query and welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - To maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - If pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - Physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - Adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - Ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - Analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - Avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk,contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked.

My Legs gets strain very Easily. Please sugest me to get Strength to increase my fitness.

Add two cups of Epsom salt to warm bath water. Soak the affected part of your body in the water for half an hour. Dry the area with a towel and wrap it with an elastic bandage. Do this once daily for a few days until the strained muscle is healed completely.

Do check your vitamin d3 zinc s. Alk. Phosphate from nabl lab and do have hot and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 10 days.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, for your age I think you have, what is known as sub-acromial bursitis or supraspinatus tendinitis. This need physiotherapy. Get swd and ust for 10 days at a physio. Centre. If of no avail. Get evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon in your vicinity. Take care.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.
