I am 50 year Old diabetic patient and is controlled sugar level but I have pain in joints i. E shoulders and legs please suggest me should I take some calsum presently I am taking glisephase g2 one in morning and evening. Onglyza 5 in mid day meal and diatal also and which calsum I should take ?

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I AM siva I have lower back pain near butts because of blowjob .I had doing this since 6 years. Is this possible to recover my fitness Please sir tell me a permanent solution for this I haven't Stand or sit for 5 minutes One more thing is I have pain near pines and right side.

I am facing severe pain in my legs and is it any sign of arthritis. I face problems walking and the gap between my legs is minimum causing anal portion to rise up from central portion between legs. When I wake up I feel swollen pain in legs in morning.

I am 31 years male. I have problem in my knee. 7 years back some one hit on my knee that time it was to much paining Now its not penning I can walk properly, but I can't run. Because my leg sound cut cut like is going to break but again I wold like to say I can walk properly but I cant run please reply why & what should I do for this. & one think my x'ray also not showing anything.

Mri will show ligament injury. If you want to know what's the problem and want to get treated, then do mri. If you don't want treatment, don't go for mri.

Hello. As per aerobic concerned. Sort out moves that may damage your joint cartilages. Sound - Shows some muscle weakness which causes narrowing of joint space. I am 30 years old my knee are voice in the walking time and some time seating then one knee are very painful.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Being just 20 I am facing back pain some times can you suggest me the way to over come it.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello, wrist pain can be of many reason. At this young and dynamic age it mostly because of biomechanical positional fault. Thus, it can be effectively dealt by an orthopedic physiotherapist who can give you immediate relief by coreecting the positional fault. But at the same time, other reasons behind the pain have to be ruled out. In the mean time you can apply ketoplast pain plaster at he painful area for 24 hours. Hope it helps. Thanks.

I have an issue of chronic back pain. The pain extends from lower back extending upto the legs. The heels of the legs gives a pricking sensation. It's not disc problem as per scanning reports. The pain worsens with prolonged standing and sitting. What could be the reason?

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
