Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. I am 21 years old. I had a migraine problem. I took treatment for couple of months. But it seems no relief in pain.

Headaches due to migraine is very common these days especially in young adults because of there lifestyle and working environment. Sometimes pain is very severe on one side of the head.  So I would recommend you to avoid stress and anxiety, quiet the mind from distractions. Stay calm positive and do deep breathing exercises, listen some music that would give you some relaxation. If pain is severe then place ice pack over forehead and lie down for some time to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full life. Massage your head using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body. You can use mint or clove spray for inhaling in case of headache. If pain is severe you can also apply ginger paste over the painful area. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate pain instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Continue with spine exercise. Along with it as your job is sitting job don't prolong the sitting take break in between. Give rest to urself. Along with it sit with correct posture. Pressure on the disc is very much on sitting so correct posture is very necessary. Along with this keep general precautions in mind not to lift objects and while getting up from bed take side turn then get up. While travelling use lumbar corset. For pain relief can add hot formentation before and after return from work. Hope this helps you for further assistance can contact.

For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

I am getting neck pains, due to which I am continuously moving my neck sideways in order to negotiate that pain, please give me some solution to this.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Hi lybrate-user. Colour or complexion of skin depends on genetics and sun exposure. Your complexion will be similar to your parents' This cannot be changed, but tanning that occurs due to sun exposure can be treated and prevented. Use a good broad spectrum sunscreen during morning and afternoon. Also wear a cap when you go out in the sun.

I am 23 year old unmarried female. From last 3-5 years I am having scanty period flow. My period flow remains for one day only and after that some spotting occur for 2-3 days. Could you please update me is this normal or not? Unnecessary tissue around the knee: After a serious injury to the knee, if it is not treated or if it does not heal properly, you can develop unnecessary tissue or plica around the knee. When this happens, the tissue gets tangled between certain parts of the joint, which causes the clicking noise when you extend the joint. 2. Runner’s knee: You might think that constant running is beneficial for your health, but if you put a lot of stress on the tibia, you can develop runner’s knee. This occurs when the kneecap is out of line and does not track properly along the femur. The tibia and lower bones in the leg protect the kneecap, but when these bones are not aligned properly, the knee will click when you bend it. 3. Severe damage to the meniscus and shock absorber: The meniscus is a lubricator between the bones of your knee, and if damaged and not healed properly, the balance of your knee is thrown off and can also cause the knee to turn when you put force on it—this can cause the knee to develop a clicking sound. 4. Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veh have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .>> Take deworming tablets every six month.  All the best.

Hi lybrate-user Bigger sized breasts need not interfere with clothes. Make sure you get the right sized bra. There are minimizer bras if you feel conscious, to make the breasts look smaller. But my siggestion is to be happy with your body, and not feel conscious. Regarding the swelling, it needs to to assessed. Weather within the breast or over it? Breasts feel swollen and painful about 1-2 weeks before periods. Observe if that is the case. If so, it is normal and nothing to worry. Else you may need a checkup by doctor. Whatever the result, do get in touch with me before undergoing any treatment.
