There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume brown rice but if you do not like the taste then white boiled rice will also do the trick. . I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then you are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Snoring

Snoring is the production of upper airway noise via breathing during sleep.
• Snore- during sleep, the noise produced while breathing through the mouth.
• Snoring is a sound a person makes during sleep when his or her breathing is disrupted.
Aetiology /pathogenesis-
Snoring originates in the parts of the upper airway which have no rigid support to counteract compression from outside or collapse from inside. This narrowing leads to local acceleration and turbulence of the breathed air. This, in turn, causes vibration of the pharyngeal wall.
The structures concerned are-
• Soft palate
• Uvula
• Tonsils
• Base of the tongue
• Pharyngeal muscles and
• Pharyngeal mucosa.
Factors contributing to snoring-
The palate, tongue and pharyngeal muscles play a part in keeping the airway open during the inspiration. If, during the deep sleep phase, and especially during REM sleep, the muscle tone is insufficient, the tongue can fall backward due to gravity, and vibrate against the soft palate, uvula and pharynx. This occurs particularly in the supine position.
Anatomical abnormalities can limit the passage of air in the oropharynx and the hypopharynx. Such abnormalities include-
• Enlarged tonsils and adenoids
• Fatty tissue in the pharynx (due to obesity)
• A relatively large tongue (in the case of retrognathia, micrognathia and acromegaly).
• A narrow nasal passage causes an increase in negative pressure during inspiration, which increases the effect on the flaccid pharyngeal tissue. A particularly long palate and uvula also narrow the nasopharyngeal opening during inspiration. This explains why people who normally do not snore may do so when they have a cold or allergic rhinitis.
• Septal abnormalities, nasal polyps and tumours can also contribute to constriction.
• Hypothyroidism, neurological disorders, alcohol and hypnotics can intensify the overall effect.
Signs and symptoms-
• Unexplained tiredness or sleepiness during the day.
• Disrupted social activities and relationship problems (and even divorce). The snoring noise can sometimes be as loud as 50–70 db, which is similar to the noise of a low-flying jet plane.
• Sometimes, temporarily stopped-breathing (sleep apnoea), which can be very alarming.
Examination-
Very careful examination of the ear, nose and throat area, particularly the tonsils, palate, uvula and tongue is made. Nasal polyps, swollen turbinates, septal deviation, hyper reactive nasal mucosa, and abnormal anatomy of the lower jaw (relatively too small or recessed) is evaluated. Weighing the patient and blood pressure is next step. If hypothyroidism is suspected, the thyroid stimulating hormone level is checked.
Management-
The average snorer is a person more than 40 yrs old. While he inhales or exhales during sleep, the soft palate vibrates noisely. Snoring is usually caused by a condition which hinders breathing such as a cold, an allergy, a nasal polyp, tumor or deviated nasal septum. The cause must be removed to stop snoring. Snoring can also be diminished by reducing weight, stopping smoking and drinking alcohol in evening before sleeping.
Option 1-
If no abnormalities are found on the history or examination, no treatment is required.
Option 2-
If further investigations are found, general measures can be suggested. These include-
• Losing weight if necessary
• Avoiding lying on the back if the snoring is position-dependent and
• As appropriate, discouraging smoking, alcohol consumption and the use of hypnotics.
• Any underlying causes or contributory factors, such as hypothyroidism or allergies are treated.
• Mechanical devices placed in the nose and mouth only reduce snoring to a limited extent.
• If, in the case of habitual snoring, the patient temporarily stops breathing and/or the patient reports that he is sleepy and tired during the day, sleep apnoea syndrome must be considered.
• Snoring can also be cured about 80% by surgery. The operation is called uvulopalato-pharyngoplasty.
Prevention
Attention to weight, smoking, alcohol and hypnotics, and avoiding sleeping on the back are effective preventive measures. Reassurance is sometimes appropriate, particularly if there are groundless fears about sleep apnoea.

Use mild soap, dove soap harsh soap removes essential oils n result dry skin, dull ,life less skin you can use coconut oil+ lemon juice drops at night and wash in morning you can use cow ghee on skin at night these two regime on alternate day glows and moisturize your skin you can use sunscreen WD good moisture daily. HI Lybrate USER. 1) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on face…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do this 2 times in a day. Do this for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

DIABETIC DIET ADVICE: ●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS : Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour

You need to see spine specialist for thorough clinical & radiological evaluation of your neck & back pain if it is persistent or recurrent or associated with radiating arm or leg pain. If it is mild pain from short duration can take tab paracetamol 650 mg twice or thrice daily till pain relief or max 5 days. Apply oxalgin nano gel locally. Do not massage. If not better with above see spine specialist.
