Wash scalp with danstopk shampoo thrice weekly to reduce dandruff.Greying of hair is due to genetic, environmental, nutritional and autoimmune causes. Greying of hair increases with nutritional deficiencies. So, make sure to have plenty of milk, milk products, fish, jaggery, spinach, lettuce, wheat, meat. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

Headache and sleep disturbances mostly related with pitta dosha. Most common reason of sleep disturbance and headache is hyperacidity. Try to take warm water before going to sleep. Do it for a week. And still your complaints persists meet nearby doctor.

Generalised weakness is usually due to lack of nutrition in the body. A multivitamin supplements should be able to help. But get some blood tests done to rule out other possibility- blood sugars, complete blood picture and thyroid profile.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hello dear patient. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Your cycles do get disturbed after d&c sometimes but at the same time if you had unprotected sexual relations in between then it is better to check your urine for pregnancy test to confirm the status otherwise consult a gynecologist.

Hello there, 1) depression has to be treated scientific way & at all levels simultaneously. 2) counselling is a supportive management. 3) you have to treated at disease level & root cause level. 4) we have to improve - increase joy - happy hormone. 5) we have minimise - decrease sad - depression hormone. 6) patient has to be rehabilitate at home, society & work place. Nap therapy, medicines & nap yoga is very effective. Consult for further management.

After the age of 18 years nothing can increase your height. This is the fact you have to accept. Normal growth sperk is 10-14 years which is known as 2 nd phase of growth. After that one can increase 1-2 inches. Those products are to make people fool. My suggestions don't buy those products.

Ok that means heat of pitta in increase so follow below thing 1. Laghu sut shekhar 2 tab twice a day 2. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 3. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomac.

Ways To Treat Urinary Incontinence In Men!

Urinary incontinence is a health condition in men, which causes loss of bladder control. Urinary incontinence usually occurs in cases of medical conditions such as an enlarged prostate, Parkinson's disease and diabetes, and may also occur after a prostate surgery. Urinary incontinence is an irritating and embarrassing condition, but with proper treatment, it can be cured.

Here are several methods used to treat urinary incontinence:

  1. Caffeine, soda and carbonated drinks cause irritation in the bladder and worsen the symptoms of urinary incontinence. Alcohol is a diuretic and increases the amount of urine too. So abstain from coffee, alcohol and soft drinks to make a difference.
  2. Dietary adjustments are required for the treatment of urinary incontinence. Several spicy and acidic food items can make urinary incontinence worse. Hence, you should avoid having such foods for some time.
  3. Urinary incontinence can lead to stress and you must get rid of it for better health. You can try relaxation techniques, such as meditation and breathing exercises. Biofeedback is another option by which you can observe your bladder muscle contractions on a monitor.
  4. You should try a behavioral technique known as bladder training. This would require you to urinate every half hour, in spite of not having the urge. Slowly try to increase the time in between the bathroom breaks.
  5. You need to flex your muscles to gain control over urinary incontinence. Kegel exercises can be practiced as these boost the strength of your pelvic muscles. You should find the right muscles that are required to stop the passing of gas.
  6. Pads and disposable undergarments can be used by men. These help in preventing leaks and also protect the skin from irritation and odor.
  7. There are several medicines, which help in the treatment of urinary incontinence in men. Some of these work to relax muscles for preventing unwanted bladder contractions, while others help in blocking the nerve signals to the bladder. Drugs used for the shrinking of an enlarged prostate may also be used in some cases.

Surgery is the ultimate option for the treatment of urinary incontinence. Options include a male sling for urinary incontinence. A type of material is wrapped around the urethra for compressing it. Leaks because of coughing, sneezing or laughing are prevented. Artificial sphincter implants may also be used for treatment of urinary incontinence. A cuff is used in order to close the urethra. Urine is released by squeezing the pump to open the cuff. A device similar to a pacemaker is used to stimulate nerves, which help in relaxing the bladder and pelvic floor.

Urinary incontinence is a condition which causes reduced self confidence in men. But there are several ways to treat this condition which include home remedies as well as medications and surgery.

Depression is a mental-emotional disorder that reflects signs of severe sadness, pessimism and a general indifference towards life. There are major changes in physical activities as well.   2. Consultation with a neurologist.
