Hi, you are probably having tight foreskin (phimosis). Please get yourself examined by a urologist. If it is left untreated, it can lead to skin infection, urinary infection or very rarely even penile cancer. In early stages it can be treated with local ointments. If severe, it may need a small surgical correction.

According to who, bmi is one of standard ratio for height and weight. It should be between 18 to 25 for normal body. Above 25 are calculated in overweight. Your bmi is near 19. You are healthy.

Hi lybrate-user, Most importantly seek a help of a psychologist to deal with your depression and depressive thoughts, get yourself screened for depression, if advised seek psychiatric treatment- i. E medication. You have to recognize your symptoms whether they are really indicative of depression. Start a journal. Starting a journal can help you reflect on your depression and feelings and monitor your sensations throughout the day. Make a goal of writing in your journal at least once a day, preferably in the evenings, when you can wrap up whatever the day brought you. Writing in a journal can make you feel more in touch with your thoughts, less alone, and more aware of the things that make you happy or unhappy Find a new passion, surround yourself with positive people. Improve your sleeping habits. Improving your sleeping habits can be a drastic improvement for your mental health. Work on finding a sleep schedule that works for you. Here are some things that you can do: Start going to bed and waking up at the same time every day and night. This will make you feel more well rested and will make it easier for you to fall asleep and wake up. Start your day off on the right foot. Spring out of bed and drink a glass of water right away instead of hitting snooze five times before you roll out of bed. Develop an effective pre-sleep routine. Wind down in the hour before bed by shutting off your television, putting away your phone or tablet, avoiding loud noises, and reading in bed. Limit or eliminate caffeine from your diet, especially after noon. Caffeine will make it harder for you to fall asleep. Avoid taking naps that are longer than half an hour, unless you need them — they will only make you feel groggy and more tired. Exercise. Exercising for just thirty minutes a day will have a dramatic impact on your physical and mental health. Exercising can give you more energy and make you feel more motivated throughout the day. Find an exercise plan that works for you and stick to it. Even taking a walk for just 20 minutes a day can help you get some exercise while you reflect. Find a gym or workout friend. This will make the experience more enjoyable. Set a goal when you work out. Maybe you can have a goal of training for a 5K, or learning how to do a tricky yoga pose. Don't worry you will overcome it. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health.And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

What are the symptoms of dengue fever and to avoid it is there any way? If so please reply.

Hi, Dengue fever, also known as breakbone fever, is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to measles. In a small proportion of cases, the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and blood plasma leakage, or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs. Prevention: There is no vaccine to prevent dengue fever except in homoeopathy. Take Eupatorium Perf. 200/ twice daily for 1 week as a preventive to all the family members. The best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes, particularly if you are living in or traveling to a tropical area. This involves protecting yourself and making efforts to keep the mosquito population down. To protect yourself: Stay away from heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. When indoors, use air conditioning if available. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets. If you have symptoms of dengue, speak to your doctor. To reduce the mosquito population, get rid of places where mosquitoes can breed. These include old tires, cans, or flower pots that collect rain. Regularly change the water in outdoor bird baths and pets' water dishes.

It is slight on higher side, it may cause breathlessness, tiredness after walking, going upstairs. If you didn't developed any problem then try to control it naturally like reducing salt, oily fatty food etc. But I would advise to once consult doctor and get your lipid profile (cholesterol) done along with short course of medicine.

I workout 5 days a week, I want to gain weight and want lean muscular body, But I do not want fats, So what should I eat?

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Pcos is getting very common now a days because of changes in lifestyle. But its not a serious condition. And various treatment options r there. First get your weight reduced. Join gym, do regular running, jogging, cycling. Avoid oily and fast foods. If you r able to reduce your weight pcos will be resolved. Try to attain weight of 58 kg. For this you will have to reduce 20 kgs. It seems difficult but its not impossible.
