This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason your body becomes tired though you had good sleep during the night. The pain in the shoulder and back shows that your muscles become too tired especially in the area of the body where you get maximum body weight (ie. Back) and the shoulder which moves excessively during the day for any activity which we do with our hand. If the pain subsides after the day starts ie. Once your metabolic activity starts in the body then you become alright, so you can take bath in good warm water which would help you to break the tiredness. And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

In my last piece of bog, I explained you about the fitt principle thoroughly but I want to train you guys on this principle now! here we go –‘‪‎goal without a plan is just a ‪ ‎wish’ that is why I always say we need a‪ ‎coach for a ‪ ‎perfect ‪ ‎body. So this post is my dedication for the person who is ‪‎behind my all‪ ‎workouts. The kind of ‪ ‎pain I take during my ‪ ‎exercises is somewhat equal to mind pain he takes for me and thus we have ‪ ‎results.

So here are little tips from the coach:

A) ‪ ‎quality of good bodybuilder
- Good food
- Sleep for at least 7 hour
- Technical workout

B) but 20 % workout & 80 %‪ ‎diet


C) bad effect of your workout
- More diet
- More workout
- More rest
- Under diet
- Under workout
- Under rest

D) workout ‪ ‎schedule for ‪ ‎beginners: for muscle ‪ ‎gain, ‪ ‎strength & ‎stamina. | 2day on 1 day off
1st day monday – chest + shoulder + triceps
2nd day tuesday – back + biceps +traps &upper abdominal
3rd day wednesday – rest
4th day thursday – legs + calf + lower abdominal
5th day friday – repeat monday

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Introduction:
 The basic principal of corneal refractive surgery is to induce a change in curvature of the cornea to correct the preexisting refractive error.

Method of surgery:-

 Epithelial-stromal flap created by sharp microkeratome or a femtosecond laser, then underlying stroma is ablated with eximer laser to correct refractive error. The corneal flap is repositioned over stroma without sutures.

Typical refractive limitations:-
Spherical range -10.0d to +4.0d,
Cylindrical range up to 4.0 d (glass power: in diaopter)

Advantage of LASIK laser surgery:-


 * minimum pain
 * rapid visual recovery
 * minimum corneal haze

Contraindication to LASIK laser:-

* no ideal for thin cornea
* corneal dystrophy
* severe dry eye
* in glaucoma

Complications of LASIK:
 * corneal flap dislocation
 * corneal ulcer
 * corneal haze
 * decrease or increase of refractive error
 * dry eye syndrome

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. To control blood glucose or your diabetes in addition to appropriate anti-diabetic drugs, diet control and exercise are also needed. Since there is no mention of current blood glucose levels & HbA1c%, plus the drugs being taken with dosage, there is no way to give any opinion. As regards your weight, with 1.83 meters, height your weight is excellent. Your present BMI is only 23.29 kgs/M2, which is what is expected. Reducing the weight to 70 kgs is not required at all. For controlling diabetes, please come in a private conversation with above mentioned details, plus your diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Thanks.
