There is virtually no chance of conceiving after a lady has undergone menopause (cesation of period for more than a year or so ). Cases have been reported with assisted reproductive technique. But that is not a common thing.

Hello lybrate-user what is the diagnosis for the boils on your hips? and what is the medication you have been taking? turmeric with milk is a temporary solution by itself. For a complete cure, I suggest that you go for homoeopathy treatment as you can totally reverse the condition without depending on temporary healing methods. For the few symptoms that you have provided, I suggest that you take nitric acid 30 c, 4 pills 3 times a day for 3 days. It is a homoeopathic remedy and should take care of your condition.

But while there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain that, in time, can renew you and permit you to move on. The single most important factor in healing from loss is having the support of other people. Even if you aren’t comfortable talking about your feelings under normal circumstances, it’s important to express them when you’re grieving. Sharing your loss makes the burden of grief easier to carry. Wherever the support comes from, accept it and do not grieve alone. Connecting to others will help you heal. Finding support after a loss •Turn to friends and family members – Now is the time to lean on the people who care about you, even if you take pride in being strong and self-sufficient. Draw loved ones close, rather than avoiding them, and accept the assistance that’s offered. Oftentimes, people want to help but don’t know how, so tell them what you need—whether it’s a shoulder to cry on or help with funeral arrangements. •Draw comfort from your faith – If you follow a religious tradition, embrace the comfort its mourning rituals can provide. Spiritual activities that are meaningful to you—such as praying, meditating, or going to church—can offer solace. If you’re questioning your faith in the wake of the loss, talk to a clergy member or others in your religious community. •Talk to a therapist or grief counselor – If your grief feels like too much to bear, call a mental health professional with experience in grief counseling. An experienced therapist can help you work through intense emotions and overcome obstacles to your grieving. When you’re grieving, it’s more important than ever to take care of yourself. DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of AJOVA SEEDS on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 1 tsf of FENNEL SEEDS along with 1 tsf of jiggery after meals…C) take 30 ml of TULSI and GINGER juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. I am 25 years old married woman. I am 72-78 kg (obesity) and I badly want to reduce my weight and tummy. I am having PCOD with irregular periods. Doctors told me that if you reduce weight that will be solved. After months I am going to abroad with my husband. We were planning for parenthood but just because of this PCOD, I didn't fulfill our dream. I am working as a Medical Coordinator, I mean I used to sit a lot that's why I am having tummy. Please guide me a diet and exercise so that I can trust and do as soon as possible. It will be good to give me chart so that I can stick everywhere. I used to search a lot but different site telling different things. Please advise.

At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) don't drink water before one hour of meals and don't drink water after meals for one hour 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid oily and spicy food intake 6) try to take liquid diet only for few days. A) take 10-10-10 ml of ginger juice, honey and ghee every 2 hourly. B) take one tsf of avipattikar churna and one tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. Do this for one month and give your valuable feedback. Thanks.

These are the causes of whitening of hairs: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from white. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Thus, if you have an oily skin and if you want to lighten your skin color, lemon juice is just right for you. Its astringent property will tighten your pores reducing the sebum secretion and its natural acidic composition will bleach your skin to whiten it. As lemon juice is also rich in vitamin C, it leads to production of new skin cells so that you get rid of all dullness and have bright skin. Ways to use lemon juice for skin lightening 1.Take a lemon and squeeze out its juice. Dip a cotton ball in this lemon juice and apply it on your face or dark skin anywhere else. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with water. Repeat daily. 2.If you want to save yourself from the hassle of squeezing out the lemon juice, just cut a lemon in two halves and rub one of the lemon half gently on your face for 10-15 minutes. Then leave the juice on your face for another 10-15 minutes before washing it off. 3.For oily skin, make this face mask which will also lighten your skin. Mix 1 tsp of lemon juice with 2 tsp of rosewater and 1 tsp of Fuller’s earth. Make a paste by mixing them and apply to your face. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash off. 4.If your skin is dry, mix a tsp each of lemon juice, honey and olive oil. Now apply this to your skin. Massage gently for a couple of minutes. Now leave this on your skin for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Precaution: Never go out in sun after applying lemon juice to your skin. Lemon juice makes your skin ultra sensitive to sunrays that can, I n fact, lead to more discoloration of skin. Also do not use lemon juice if you have open wounds on your skin.
