Dear lybrate user, the size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. To increase the size of your penis you can try the vacuum operated penis developer set available in market. You can buy it from local medical appliance store or you can order for it online. Use the penis developer set for at least 30 minutes daily. It could be due to indigestion 1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

I feel I am always at my emotional poles. Sometimes extremely happy or excited, other times dull. I have extreme absent mindedness. Since I was a kid, I have been forgetting keys, lost 2 mobile phones, forgot to pull my zip up. I have a chronic procrastination problem always doing things at the last minute and usually missing deadlines, I am going through the final year of medical school, and I haven't been able to study properly except the last 15 days before exams since my 10th grade. I have failed twice, and the others, just pass. I have also failed in class 11. I lose my patience when I start reading my books and immediately fall asleep. I get easily distracted by ideas in my head, and forget what I was originally doing. In fact I make hand and body gestures without even knowing. I plan to do a lot of things, but cannot follow on them. Also, I get very conscious in social situations and am not able to communicate properly. Usually I regret my social actions later on.

Hi lybrate-user! First of all do not worry. You actually need some treatment and counselling, it will be cured unless otherwise you volunteer to overcome. There may be many reasons because of which you are not able to overcome this problem from childhood, if at all this was corrected at an young age, you would not have faced this now. Anyway past is past, now it is not too late. I wanted you to not do things fast anytype of work. I wanted you to do your daily routines slowly like having food, drinking water etc. Each and everything just take sometime relax and then do your work. Regarding your studies study in portion by portion, study for some time when you are not able to you can always take break relax, and then start again, I wanted you to apply the same during your exams and studies. Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. You need yo consume low calorie but nutrient dense food. Increase your fibre consumption. Take small meals in frequent intervals. Drink plenty of water. Drink water 1 hr after meal. Increase your fruit intake. Chew food properly before swallowing. Have a positive attitude towards life. Reduce stress and have sleep of 8hrs in a whole day. Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, junk foods, soft drinks, sweet dates, sapota, sugarcane.

My age is 24. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. From 1 and half year I am noticing reduction in my testicle size so 3 month ago I went to a urologist he ordered ultrasound of my testis it shows right measures 2.5 cm*1.5 cm and left measures 2.5 cm*1.6 cm.all the dimension are in cm please note. I think they are small in size. But ultrasound shows normal. But as three months has been passed I noticed further reduction ,now they are of almond shape and siZe. And the skin on the right side of penis and testicle is changing. It is not black mow it became reddish in colour. Half skin of penis connection to right testicle is became reddish. Whenever there is cold the left testis properly settled inward and right testis remain outside in unusual position. What is the problem?

Hello- Your testicular size has really decreased, as the average testicle size after puberty measures up to around 2 inches long, 0.8 inches in breadth, and 1.2 inches in height (5 x 2 x 3 cm). Reduction in testicle size is often associated with infertility because, typically, the condition leads to low sperm count, which is a common cause of male factor infertility. Its better to consult a sexologist and start medications. You size and your sexuality both can be recovered with the help of herbal medications.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables.
