Mr Satish, I am sure you must be already on treatment for both these conditions. If treatment is appropriate then blood sugar should be : Fasting closer to 100 mg and PP between 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c% <7. Similarly BP should be 130/80 mm of Hg or lower. Apart from drugs, you should exercise daily for 1 hour plus, take a restricted diet avoiding sweets, sugar and jaggery. Plus avoid junk foods, deep fried foods and pastries. consume more of green leafy vegetabbles and fruits. Also restrict salt intake to about 2.5 g a day.

You can take antibiotics and pain killers for this but do not use any eyes drops till though see an eye specialist. If you do not improve in 3 days see a specialist.

Whenever I get sexually exited a colourless liquid comes out of my penis, it happens even with little bit of excitation, like when I look at any girl and watch porn .It doesn't seem normal to me. It doesn't happen with my friends.

The white sticky discharge you get even with slight excitement is nothing but a secretion of periurethral glands located in urethra. This is normal secretion of these glands which help in free passage of thick semen through urethra during ejaculation. This is excessive in your case. It will settle down itself once you get used to normal sexual life.

I am 18 years old girl. I have pcod. I am having irregular periods and also having thick n coarse hairs all over body and face. These hairs growth are just like male pattern growth. They are increasing very fast. Please help. What should I do to rid of this?

MBBS, DGO, MD, Fellowship in Gynae Oncology
Gynaecologist, Delhi
I am 18 years old girl. I have pcod. I am having irregular periods and also having thick n coarse hairs all over body...
Pcod is a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. The sex hormones get out of balance. Normally, the ovaries make a tiny amount of male sex hormones (androgens). In pcos, they start making slightly more androgens. This may cause you to stop ovulating, get acne, and grow extra facial and body hair. Excess hair growth (hirsutism) slows when high androgen levels decrease. In the meantime, you can remove or treat unwanted hair with: laser hair removal, in which the hair follicle is destroyed by a laser beam. Electrolysis, in which your hair is permanently removed by electric current applied to the hair root. Depilatories, which are chemical hair removal products applied to the skin. Waxing, which pulls the hair out by the root. Shaving. Tweezing. Bleaching. Hair removal methods differ in cost and long-term effectiveness. Before trying one, ask your doctor about risks of infection and scarring.

Hi most of the reasons to control are in your hand. Healthy lifestyle which includes adequate refreshing sleep, non spicy home cooked healthy high fiber containing balanced diet. Eat at leisurely. No hurry, no curry, no worry, no alcohol, no smoking, avoid excessively spicy and oily stuff in diet.

You can do masturbation two times a week, more than this harmful for future married life. Do masturbation when there is need for it, don't make it your addiction.
