This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Calpol 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. Hello hope you should have blood test to get the information on causes of this ailments. Recurrent fever leads to weakness of body. Something as back pain general weakness will rise. I am 74 yrs old while sitting on chair or by downing legs anywhere, I got swelling on lower portion off both legs. Is there anyh remediy. I take aquadize tab, but sometime it is normal, again it deveelopes.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem pain & swelling in legs is a common condition. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Dear Lybrate user Heel pain have several causes among those most common cause as wearing improper shoes or high heels in ladies, obesity (overweight of body leads extra pressure on weight bearing points, any injury to heel/foot, any metabolic disorder like increase in uric acid level, etc. Rule out cause then go for treatment.

Hi you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the joint, stabilize the joint, and improve your range of motion. The therapist will use techniques such as ultrasound, heat or cold therapy, electrical nerve stimulation, and manipulation. I have spondylitis on my lower back for 10 years, I do exercise, now suddenly I have developed heel pain on left leg, I apply ice pack, I have started wearing flat heel shoes. How to get rid of this problem?

Hi. Heel pain needs ultrasound therapy. Use silicon heel pad I m shoes for walking and standing. You may need to visit a physiotherapist for ultrasound therapy.

As you have a history of hypothyroidism start taking a good multivitamin&methylcobalamin+neurobion composition. Along with stretching exercises of calf with leg exes+compression therapy. Ankle toe movements &contrast bath will help u more. Can take wellwoman 1 tab daily& nervejin-p 1 tab daily at night after meal. Nervejin may cause some drowsiness so preferred only at night.

Hello since its diagnosed as a osteoarthritis (oa) of knee, the physiotherapy treatment will depend upon the stage of oa. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or waer. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowly acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also take calcium tablets shelcal 500mg for a limited period 2 months consult after 10 days.

Hi, thanks for writing in. Swelling on foot, hands and face has to be evaluated in detail. It might happen due to conditions involving kidney, liver, heart, thyroid and any other generalized condition. It is important to know your weight and height and if you are on the higher side. Restlessness might be due to anxiety and associated stress. Sugar, uric acid, serum creatinine report and esr are normal. Thyroid needs to be matched if it is for tsh, t3 or t4 level. Regards,
