Thank you for writing to us.
Please note the following for your condition:
One particular type of chronic dizziness not related to vertigo (a feeling of turning or whirling usually associated with inner ear problems) -- “Patients with this syndrome have chronic nonspecific dizziness, subjective imbalance and hypersensitivity to motion stimuli, which are exacerbated in complex visual environments (e. G. Walking in a busy store, driving in the rain),”.
Anxiety can also cause chronic dizziness
Treatment:
Deep breathing is one of the best ways to deal with dizziness. It will help provide an adequate amount of oxygen to the brain, which in turn will relax the nervous system and reduce dizziness.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Place one hand on your abdomen, place the thumb of your other hand against one nostril and close your mouth.
Inhale slowly through your open nostril and try to fill your belly with air.
Hold the breath in, close both nostrils and purse your lips.
After 2 to 3 seconds, exhale slowly and try to extract air from your belly.
Repeat these steps 10 times.
Then, sit quietly for 5 minutes and breathe normally to avoid getting dizzy again.
For further steps get back to me.
Thanks.
Please take chenopodium - 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. Revert back after one week with feedback.
You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.
It is important that you follow the following advice:
Firstly, don’t miss breakfast, lunch or dinner. ...
Secondly, avoid aerated drinks, tea, and coffee. ...
Also, include milk and diary products in your diet. ...
Don’t remain hungry for long periods of time. ...
Raise the head of your bed if symptoms interfere with sleep. If your bed allows for it, raise the head of it by 6 to 8 inches. Gravity will keep the acid in your stomach. Don't just pile up pillows, though. These tend to bend your neck and body in such a way that increases the pressure. It will make the hyperacidity worse
Consider losing weight. Losing weight may reduce some of the pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter, keeping stomach acid from leaking through
Eat smaller meals. Decrease the amount of food you eat at any one time. This may reduce the amount of stress and pressure on your stomach
For medication consult online in private.
Snoring occurs due to
1.obstruction of flow of air through mouth and nose as in
obesity, nasal obstruction due to polyp, DNS, Sinusitis,
2.alcohol, use of sleeping pill, 3.smoking, consumption of tobacco.
4.It may be due to relaxed throat muscle in elderly and in children due to Tonsillitis.
5.Consult ENT specialist to exclude nasal causes of snoring
Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and it’s better to avoid nasal drops and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required
