For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For dry cough I will suggest you to take syp Ascoril-D 2.5 ml and can repeat after a gap of six hours as and when required and get an xray chest done and follow up with reports.

it may be white coat hypertension...i.e . bp ups during physician visit but normal at home........don't start antihypertensive medications as of now.... do self monitoring of blood pressure at home at different times of day and then report it to doctor,,,if there are no symptoms then no need to take medicines ..just reduce salt intake in ur diet

Eat lots of garlic. If you cant have it get it homeopathically allium sativum,(biochemic) nat phos, avoid all types of fats and red meat. At 21, may be you have lots of doubts about heart health. Why not get investigated for basics like ecg, echo, stress test and blood test for sugar and total lipids. You are underweight for your height 5.8 kg and only 50 kg. Get thyroid profile done also. Get back here with details about sudden loss of weight and appetite and low grade fever. More guidance will be suggested after you get back with details asked from you and reports.

you are suffering from high cholesterol..with any kind of allergy in your body. hba1c level is high mean diabetes is not under control. you can take tab. glimstar pm 2 before meal in every morning . cap. ecosprin gold-10 once at night. tab. levocetirizine-5 mg once at night. Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Since a year I feel some sudden tension while sitting or any other situation like walking, studying etc. At that very moment I feel like my ears are jammed and also experienced that my jaws and teeth are whizzing and zipping. Some pinching in throat is also there. I feel out of blue at that time and feel very tensed which finally lead some pressure in my head region and some raising in my heart beats also. I feel lethargic and shaky while walking. Sometimes, my inner thighs feel some pain also. Please suggest some way through which I can get out of it since it is hampering my daily life now. Which department I should consult to get rid of it.

I am 53 years old. During my last health checkup I was found to have hypertension. However, tests like EEG, ECG, Tread mill were found OK. My BP varies from 104/64 (taken 2 hour after dinner and consuming 120 ml of scotch) to 190/105 (after exercise). Please inform whether I am alright!

Your BP reading varies, it has got increased after exercise, it is normal, you should take, at least 10 readings of your BP, especially in morning, and get back to me

It may gas distention trouble. Have simple food for next few days avoiding fried, junk, oily, spicy food items. Drink lot of water. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. For gas some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain.6. Drink plenty of water and take rest.7.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist.

I am 48 years old male. I have two problems, one is the ear, from my childhood, my ears doesn't form wax, it is always dry and at times it becomes hard and when I try to remove the dry wax it hurts my ears get damaged. How to solve it. The second problem is triglyceride, how to reduce it and bring it to normal without medicines.

For ear start putting cow ghee in ear. Fill the ear with ghee & remove after 5 minutes. Repeat for other ear. Triglycerides can be brought down by eating light, easily digestible food, pranayama, exercise, eating garlic, onion etc.

My mother age 60 years is not feeling to have food of any kind, although she tells she feels hungry. Very poor oral intake. Done endoscopy, report is normal. Some times she is having gas problems , for which she is taking medicines. Because of not having food she is getting weak day by day. She iscalso taking medicines for hypertension and cholesterol. Doctor here has recommended injection for strength weekly twice. But still condition is not improving. Kindly advise. Thanks.

You can start with syp. Liv 52 ds one teaspoon two times. Syp. Himcocid one teaspoon two three times or the time of gas formation please do liver function test and revert back with findings.

To reduce cholesterol in body: * avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet. * eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day. * avoid non veg food because it contain high fat content. * do not eat fast food and avoid cold drink. * do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes. Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly. Do morning and evening walk daily. * do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * add kali mirch (black pepper) in your breakfast. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs. Do not take stress.
