*hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. To start with take homoeopathic medicine acid phos 30 twice daily and give feedback after 10 days.

Take Phos 30C one dose now and then take Cosmos 30C one dose 3 times in a day for 5 day. Then again revert to me back for follow-up. Still if you have any problems, please feel free to ask. Take care... :)

No it not helpful. No medicine is still made to lighten your skin colour. But you may prevent skin tan caused by sunlight. You may also look fairer by creams. You may look fairer if you consume lots of carrots or carrot juice. Your face looks fairer after facial or bleaching. Girls look fairer after waxing. You may be fairer with glowing skin if you consume 1-2 kg of fresh seasonal fruits with lot of salad and cooked green vegetable.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

From past 1 and half years pimples started on my face and I don't no if I pop pimple then it will be appear as scar. Now pimples are stopped but the scar are there on my face which is looking ugly on my face. I feel disappoint with that pimples .suggest the best scar removal cream.

For people with severe acne oral retinoids helps control sebum production and pimples. You may need actibiotics to control active acne like oral doxycycline and local clindamycin creams. Once the acne is under control then you can start treatment for pimple marks which may be pigmentation or scars. There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen (SPF 35 and above) three times a day. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalised plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

Every bride dreams of her wedding to be perfect. Right from the decorations to the food and of course, to her too, a bride would want everything to be spot on. And why wouldn’t she? After all, there’s this one day in every girl’s life where she gets to be the centre of everyone’s attention. And so, it’s important that she looks flawless, right from head to toe. 

Most brides-to-be are confused so as to what kind of a diet and beauty routine they should follow weeks before their wedding. 

So, here’s a 4 week diet guide and beauty tips for all the brides-to-be out there: 

First of all, before beginning the diet plan, make sure that you: 

• Avoid all kinds of refined sugar for example sodas, sweet treats etc. It is very common for you to get the bride jitters and hence, give in to sweet cravings. But make sure that you avoid all these completely. 

• Avoid oily food as well. Consuming oily food will surely take a toll on your skin and might lead to various skin issues. Hence, steer clear of oily food. 

• Avoid junk food too. You wouldn’t want to put on a few kilos right before your wedding, right? You wouldn’t even want your skin to look unhealthy or unclear, right? Well then, make it a point to avoid junk completely. 

4 week diet plan for brides-to-be: 

Early morning: A glass of warm water with lemon and honey. A glass of warm water with lemon and honey on an empty stomach will ensure that your digestive system is in good shape. Along with this, it will also help you in weight loss and also help you in achieving a clearer and better skin. Warm water with lemon and honey is very good for detoxifying your body. 

Breakfast: Sprouts with a serving of fruits. • Oatmeal with a serving of fruits. • Upma/ poha/ idli with a serving of fruits.Lunch: For lunch, 

Have 2 rotis along with dal, vegetables and a bowl of curd. Include a source of protein such as chole, rajma etc. twice a week.Snacks: 

For snacks, you can have: • Fruits • Roasted makhana • A serving of dry fruits and nuts • Roasted puffed rice with peanuts 

For added benefit, along with your snack you can have fresh coconut water. Along with keeping you hydrated, coconut water is full of important nutrients and will keep your skin and hair in the best of shape. 

Dinner: It’s best to keep your dinner light; especially if you are trying to lose weight. For dinner, you can have: • A salad and a soup • A serving of fruits and a after some time, a salad • Boiled vegetables • Brown rice with veg curry • Stir fried paneer/ tofu/ chicken/ fish with veggies Healthy lifestyle changes: 

Stay hydrated: This is extremely essential. Have at least 3 litres of water daily. 

Exercise: Get enough exercise; work out at least 5 to 6 times a week. 

Get your beauty sleep: Sleep at proper time every night and get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Steer clear of stress: Yes if you are getting married then it’s pretty normal to be a little stressed out; but take your time out to stay stress free and go to bed with a clear and stress-free mind. Beauty routine: Visit your beautician and get facials and hair spas done on a regular basis.

Before using medicines for anxiety, you should also do transcendental meditation. How meditation affects health? it has been scientifically proved that meditation not only helps the mind but also body because controlled mind and purification of consciousness leads to better lifestyle and improved habits of food, sleep etc which in turn leads to better overall health. Most diseases have their roots in uncontrolled mind and impure consciousness. So do transcendental meditation by finding and reading iskcon books, either from internet and/or from your nearest iskcon center. Hope this helps,

Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problems.There are various reasons for getting hair fall.Nutritional deficiency is one of the important cause.Apart from that stress,chronic illnesses,medication taken to treat all these problems can also trigger the problem.Hair thinning is hormone related problem.It is progressive by nature.There are various reasons like hormonal pills ,stress,any other hormonal problems like diabetis,thyroid can also trigger it. This problem needs to be checked by capilloscopy.Treatment is available but first get it diagnosed. Take care

For a good and glowing skin, take a proper sleep, plenty of water, and use a gentle cleansing lotion. Take all the precautions to prevent yourself from Sun. Wear a broad rimmed hat or cover your face with a stole or dupatta whenever you step out in the sun. apply a broad spectrum non comedogenic sunscreen 3 times in a day even if you are indoors on it is cloudy outside. Avoid excessive usage of mobile/laptop. Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants(green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help. oral medicine and depigmenting creams or facewash can be given to you for improving your condition depending upon your specific skin type. A picture of the affected area will help.

1.Sudden High Fever,Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test(NS1) is positive If you are suffering from Dengue, Take one tablet of Paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediately Take bland diet. Take light meal,avoid heavy, spicy, oily meal
