I have a continuous pain in back side of my left shoulder since 3 days what should I do?
It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and right shoulder. This might be cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.

Now I m   19th years old and my height now 5.6 inch how  should I do to height long.
Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

I am a 30 year old person doing work in research and teaching in engineering. I am struggling from athsma from last 6 years. Medicines taken are asthalin rotacaps etc. Pls give a good lifestyle advice.

Save your body from dust, allergens, you can take regular homeopathic medicines and can avoid inhaler frequently. It's a bronchodilator, you know better if you dilate something continuosly than elasticity of that gets affected. So, it can give side effects even after 10 -12 years. Now you are 30, so young, save your body from steroids, prolonged use of harmful drugs.

Having diabetes is not the end of life. There are many people on this earth who have diabetes and still lead a active purposeful life, with enjoyment and even fulfilling basic needs like sex, marriage, and motherhood. Even if you have had a cardiac operation in childhood and are still on some medicines, it would be better to consult a cardiologist whether these medicines can hamper your reproductive life and then decide. There are many women who have diabetes and heart disease and who conceive and even enjoy healthy life. All that is required is a good control of your glucose levels, regular medicines, regular exercises and to be under vigilance of a good physician and gynecologist. If you are worried about abnormalities in the offsprings due to diabetes then they can be detected by using techniques like pgd and tests like double, triple marker and anomaly scan. So think over it rationally and take the step. As far as satisfying the partner is concerned, generally diabetes does not cause much problems in the sexual response of the person, if the diabetes is well controlled.

Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Gone are the days when the sole purpose of having a salad was to lose the stubborn and unwanted body fats. Salads can be extremely healthy and nutritious. With salads around, the long and gruesome hours in the kitchen are a thing of the past. A bowl full of lip smacking salad, well structured with fruits, vegetables and quality oils, will do your health a world of good. Preparing salads is no rocket science. Get all the ingredients together, and switch to the way of health and nourishment.

  1. A feeling of fullness like never before: Experiencing an irresistible craving for food? Salad is at your service. A bowl of salad will give you a feeling of fullness, keeping the hunger pangs and cravings at bay. With salads, you don't even need to be repetitive. A little modification, and your taste buds are in for a treat.
  2. Say no to dehydration: Most of the vegetables that go into your salad have high water content. Scorching summers or sweltering heat can leave a person dehydrated. Salads come as a great relief. It works amazingly to hydrate your body, thereby re-energizing you fully.
