Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Our bodies inform us about our hunger and when it is satiated. But when we get exposed to the world of dieting and diet foods we are addicted to them, unable to find a balanced way of eating. Overeating or binging on food is a problem that a lot of people face.

Here are 3 tested ways to stop over eating and feel healthier.

1) Eat slowly - It is the brain that sends us signals about whether or not we are satiated. It takes about 12 minutes to actually feel satisfied and the brain takes that much time (or even a little more) to comprehend. That?s why, you should eat slowly and chew your food well, so that you give the brain enough opportunity to realize whether the hunger is satiated.

2) Eat whole foods - Those artificial and processed foods are certainly tasty and oh so enticing. But they are overloaded with calories and artificial sweeteners, which would do you more harm than good. So, it is recommended that you eat more of whole foods. They will keep you filled for longer and avoid instances of over-eating. In the beginning, you might experience some trouble, but it would cease within a few days.

3) Exercise - Exercise releases hormones that keep us happy. These are also the hormones that provide us the opportunity to feel less hunger. So, exercise to avoid overeating and binging behaviour. This is particularly true for women trying to lose weight while exercising- you will only see results if you make dietary changes as well.

How can you detox your body?
Although fasting is one of the best ways to detox one's body, not everyone has the physical strength to perform it. Detoxing can also be performed by having detoxifying foods.

  1. Fruits help in washing out toxins from the body. Green foods like barley, wheatgrass, spinach, alfalfa helps to give a chlorophyll boost to the digestive system. Norma level of vit d is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d3 is essential for healthy bone, teeth, muscle, cell growth, immunity, neuro muscular functioning and overall health. Deficiency causes ricket/osteomalacia, poor hair growth, increased risk of cancer. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of vitamin d you have to take vitamin d supplement 60000iu/week fo r3- 6 months after consulting physician.

I can understand your problem. Beer as such will increase weight so you will have to cut down the quantity and in chicken try avoiding leg piece or breast piece, alternative can be boiled /low oil grilled one. Follow a 1000-1200 kcal balanced diet plan. Try avoiding outside spicy street foods as far as possible. In lunch you can take some meal replacer like nestle optifast/medislim. You can do a endoscopy to rule out ulcer in the gut. Otherwise you might have functional bowel disease. Last but not the depressed mind itself leads to overeating and weight gain. Stay cool and optimistic always. All the best.

I am 28 years old. Right now I am preparing for civil service. I had developed Sexual obsessions for my aunt. These obsessions are involuntary, repetitive, and unwelcome. Attempts to suppress or neutralize do not work for me and in fact make the obsessions more severe, as trying to make sense of obsessions only gives them more attention and "fuel" The reason behind this obsessions is that when I was doing college I had stayed with uncle and aunt .They called me to stay in their house by themselves. They just called me for some personal motive as soon as their motive was over they trashed me out of their house. My aunt was mastermind behind all this stuff. She defames me. There is an emotional problem to all of this. You are venting out your anger sexually and imagining that by doing so you are hurting her. Unfortunately, this whole thing is backfiring and this has led to an obsession. Either you learn to forgive your aunt and uncle or you will need to go and meet with a counselor but focus on the anger as an emotion that needs expression. With that done, your obsession will gradually fade away. You could also relieve yourself of this anger by some vigorous workouts but the anger will prevail minus the energy of the emotion. You should also make an attempt to focus on other immediate matters like work and socialize with both sexes and develop an affinity towards members of the opposite sex suitable to your age. This will, in time, help you concentrate on things that really matter to your personal life. You are right, any attempt to get her out of your mind will, by nature, continue to adamantly stay even more strongly in your own mind and trouble you more.

it is due to vertigo . take tab. vertin 8 mg sos . tab. pan 40 mg once a day. for 3 days. take protein powder 1 tsf with milk once a day. avoid stress.try to take good sleep, if not ok then checkup cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar,eye sight testing, and consult again. thanks.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

Dear Lybrate User. These kind of experiments will harm your body. Whatever weight loss happens will be only temporary. Your body is going to be deprived of essential nutrients for next 25 day. It will have some impact on your system. I have seen many people do these kind of 'Jhatpat' diets which rebounds badly after a few months. They are all back to status quo or even with more weight. The core problem in such diets is the false assumption that Roti / Rice makes you fat. This is completely wrong. Because it is the Parathas and Biryanis which make you fat. The next problem in such kind of crash diets is that it is imagined that in one/two months you will lose a lot of Kgs. .and then after that you will be free to get back to your burgers and pizzas and colas. As seen from my experience. - Crash diets will Crash. The Better Option is. Change your food habits permanently. Please visit a dietician in your town who will guide you and help you. Right now you are carrying at least 40-50 Kgs extra on your body which translates to nearly 3 Lakh Calories you have consumed extra. To give an idea what that means is about 1,200 samosas worth of calories. So my suggestion is find a dietician in your place. Find a gym. Spend one hour in gym every day doing intensive exercise. Spend one hour per week with a dietician who will help you to get healthier and fitter.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Dear, don't worry. This condition is called as phimosis and is not a big problem. You can get rid of it if you show some courage. Just what you need to do is apply moderate force to retract the foreskin by your hand. Bear some pain. Keep caution, not very forcefully, ok? immediately slide back. For this even lignocaine gel may be applied which is local anesthetic. This regular exercise many a times does suffice. If very tight phimosis, surgical treatment i. E.
