Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life, I suggest your problem can be ignored. I would advise you not to use any chemical as your marriage is in one month and anything wrong can damage the big occassion of your life. 1. Use natural products - apply honey, gramflour, curd and lemon daily 2. Use green tea toner 3. Aha glow face wash with 1% glycolic acid can remove the tanning. 4. Use a very good hydrating cream.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

I want to loss my weight specially stomach, I am 46 year old, pure vegetarian, what I do for loss the weight.
Make flaxseed, drumstick leaves, curry leaves powder and sprinkle 30 gm daily on all the foods you consume throughout the day. Follow no oil, no carbohydrate diet twice weekly with only cabbage, onion, tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper soup, 6 bananas, 500 ml milk throughout the day. Do not consume outside foods, deep fries, roots and tubers, junk and street foods. Do not consume any carbohydrates after 8pm daily. Do not sit or lie down immediately after you eat. Make sure you maintain minimum 3 hours of gap between your meal and sleep time. Sprinkle wheat bran, wheat germ, on your foods you consume throughout the day. Physical activity is compulsory.

Johnsons baby soap and glycerine will not help you in decreasing the black spots. You would require chemical peels or skin lightening creams to decrease the spots. Have fruits rich in Vit C.

I am having excessive constipation from last 4 - 6 months. I don't know, it is Constipation or something else. But I am really fed up of it. I never get fully fresh at once. I am not saying I never got FRESH ut only sometimes. But mostly I am not able to get fresh like always. Many times my stomach always feels heavy but not able to clear it. Tried many things Like Isabgol, Some homeopathic Treatments etc. One thing more my schedule is not normal/common. I wake up at full night and go to bed for sleep in morning and wake up after 7 hours or after noon - I am telling all this so it can help you better in my case.

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Hello, Walking or running is probably the best form of exercise ever. But you need to remember few things here. 1. If you are not use to running or walking its better to go slow and gradually just to ensure there is no over exertion. 2. Physical activity is surely important but more important is to start slow for better endurance. 3. You can initially show, some control over intensity or the duration of the running just in order train your body for better strength and endurance.

I am diagnosed diabetics since June 2014 after consultation with endocrinologist ,taking medicine starvoj0. 2 two times with breakfast and lunch and glycomet 1gm ,xtor10 one tablet each after dinner. As per last blood test on 28/8/2016 my hb1Ac is 6.0% ,Fasting 93 mg/dl ,PP 101 mg/dl, HDL 26 mg/dl, LDL 78 mg/dl ,cholesterol 121 mg/dl, triglyceride114 mg/dl ,VLDL 17 mg/dl ,Urea 22 mg/dl ,creatinine 0.9 mg/dl ,hemoglobin 13.8 g/dl. Please advice whether I continue this medicine or stop taking medicine. I also want to share that I am walk every day around 6-7 km approx.

Mr. lybrate-user Prasad, If you have been diagnosed to have diabetes, then the treatment has to be continued for lifetime. Even if the blood glucose is well controlled even then the treatment has to be continued for lifetime. Along with the drugs, diet control and exercise (walking for 6 -7 kms every day) has to be continued. Thanks.
