Hello. We do have good and effective medicines in Homoeopathy for unwanted facial hair. Want to know whether do you have any hormonal imbalance? Apart from these medications, take good healthy food which also contributes to your problem. Diet for Unwanted Facial Hair: - Vitamin B6 can reduce the production of prolactin, a hormone that causes the male hormone testosterone to be taken up by tissues. It also dampens cells' responsiveness to hormones. This vitamin can be found in avocados, fish, organ meats, soybeans, walnuts, peanuts, bananas and other fruits. - Calcium-D-Glucarate can help your body detoxify hormones. It's a natural substance found in many fruits and vegetables, including apples, Brussels sprouts, bean sprouts, broccoli and cabbage. This also is called Glucaric Acid, D-Glucarate, or D-Glucaric Acid. If you supplement, use 200 mg twice a day. - Vitamin E can normalize androgens and reduce the effects of testosterone. Wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, safflower oil, peanut butter, corn oil, spinach, broccoli, mangoes and spinach contain this vitamin. - Consuming up to 500 mg per day of magnesium is another way to reduce testosterone effects and bring androgens back into balance. Nuts, seeds, raw leafy greens, soybeans and whole grains contain magnesium. - Zinc and copper are minerals that can help prevent unwanted facial hair. Do not overdo with copper; the ideal balance of zinc to copper is eight to one in favor of zinc. Copper is abundant in the environment---it's in drinking water in some areas, and you can get it from copper plumbing and cooking equipment. - Get enough iodine. The thyroid gland needs iodine to make its hormones, which regulate metabolism. If you need to eat more iodine, consume sea vegetables, or seaweeds, twice a week, or use an iodine-rich seasoning such as Seaweed Gomasio. In case of Thyroid Dysfunction, avoid Brassica group of family like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kohlrabi (greman cabbage), turnip, collard greens. Medication: Schwabe's Oleum Jacoris 3x/ 3 times a day for a month.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Every person has its own different stamina. Its not necessary to do sex 2 or 3 times in half hour. You must give rest to body. Minimum 40-45 minutes gap must be there between 2 intercourse. So don't worry you are fine, just take healthy diet.

Have good light exercise, Your usual food, more of leafy vegetables, milk, fruits and supplements of Multi vitamine with minerals, Calcium tablets and if hemoglobin is below normal Iron Tablets. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hello, Evaluate your diet. Do strength training 3 times a week. Supplement milk with dried fruits or dates. Have atleast 3 servings of milk and its products every day. You need to eat high calories meals and, have milk based sweets or desserts. You should also have high calorie fruits like banana, Jack fruits, grapes. Rest is equally important.

Due to food deposit onto tooth surfaces and into the gingiva, gingiva gradually got infection and becomes swollen and inflamed, results in bleeding of gums. First of all undergo scaling (cleaning of teeth) by a dentist - use proper brushing technique. - brush twice a day which is most important (at night specifically just before sleep and avoid any food or liquid except water when you finish your brush at night) - after each meal (i. E breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time when you take snacks) rub your finger on all tooth surfaces inside and outside and than do forcefull gargles 2-3 times.

Hi, I think you are having'frey syndrome' it is a condition in which itching and redness develops on the cheek after eating certain foodstuffs like spicy food, tomatoes, flavoured snacks, candies, lollipops, tangy or sour foods. It is generally considered harmless and not an allergy as such, but there is no real effective treatment. Try to avoid those foodstuffs if possible.

Acid returning to oesophagus due to reverse motility is the cause of your problem (Gastro Oesophagial Reflux Disorder, GORD or GERD). It may be an artificially produced problem. Drugs like Pantaprazole or Rabeprazole inhibit acid secretion in the stomach. The deficiency of acid, (Not Hyperacidity) causes food to remain unhydrolyzed in the stomach that prevents action of Pepsin because Pepsinogen is not changed into Pepsin properly due to inhibition of Acid secretion. Result ? Food stays longer in stomach with Pylorus closed for longer durations. The gastric motility to churn the food inside cannot push it forward due to closed pylorus and the upper end not so tight as pylorus may allow return of acidified (to some extent) in the esophagus which causes inflammation or swelling in it called esophagitis, manifesting as heartburn. Stop the load of proton pump inhibitor drugs like Pantaprazole or its likes and eat simple normal food. It will get hydrolyzed properly and acted upon by pepsin to pass rapidly through stomach saving you from this mess of GERD.
