Please do scratch. Scratching aggravates and take long to heal. Take homoeopathic medicines internally. Medicines like tarantula, sepia, silicea, sulphur etc based on symptoms if taken internally for 3 to 5 days in correct dosage can completely cure the condition. Nothing to worry. Please don't apply any creams which suppress it and returns back with more intensity. For consultation you can consult me or a qualified homoeopath either directly or online. Please avoid intake of egg and non veg. Drink plenty of water. Hygiene also important. Thank you.

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of

Dear Lybrate-User, I can see that you complain of painful pimples on your scalp. This can turn into boils or can also indicate scalp infection. Itching and boils are often seen in summers, generally, internal system is involved in causing such infections. It is required that you get it treated as soon as possible as it can lead to scarring which will discourage hair growth. Weak and from silky, what I can infer is that you complain they get slightly oily giving it a luster which makes them appear silky. Again, this could be a symptom of the scalp infection that you might be suffering from as stated above. I would advise that you use Valeda Herbal Neem Shampoo for washing your hair and maintain regular cleanliness to avoid debris accumulation thus keeping infections under control. Do not use any chemicals or cosmetic products as they can further irritate the scalp aggravating the situation. Also, book an appointment for a personalized consultation as it could be due to internal system imbalance or illness. Therefore, with complete studying of your case, I will be able to provide you best solution. I assure you that you will be permanently cured and this problem will not reoccur.

Iron plays a key role in manufacturing hemoglobin, the part of the blood that carries oxygen to your body’s organs and tissues. When your hemoglobin is at a healthy level, oxygen is properly dispersed. This means your scalp is getting a good flow of blood, which will stimulate and promote hair growth. Adding more iron to your diet doesn’t mean you have to feast on liver day in, day out, but when you’re craving something sweet, remember that dried fruits (like raisins) and cherry juice are packed with iron. Eggs; dates; raisins; dark green, leafy vegetables such as kale; and whole-grain cereals are all high in iron. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron, so fruits such as oranges, strawberries and lemons should be on your grocery list of foods that prevent hair loss.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections. For further assistance you can concern me privately. please upload its photo.

Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1.Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2.Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3.Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4.Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping ,don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

For deep scars, creams are not very effective. They can be cured with laser treatment if done from a good dermatologist, it can give excellent result.
