hello, the size of your cyst is quite big and prone for twisting..! any sudden activity or sex for that matter may precipitate it. .. it does not happen always but is a possibility..!!

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fiber a day. You can increase your fiber intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for Further Management

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

"World No Tobacco Day" is on 31st May. It is observed every year, all over the world to draw attention of policy makers, law enforcers, public, towards the health hazards of Tobacco, and advocating for policies to reduce its consumption, be it in any form like smoking or chewing.

Every year WHO gives a theme for the World No Tobacco Day. The theme this year is ?Countries to Work together to end the illicit trade on Tobacco Products?.

Tobacco is the leading cause of morbidity, mortality & impoverishment
Tobacco kills nearly 60 lakhs (six million) people each year, of which more than 600 000 are non-smokers dying from breathing second-hand smoke. Tobacco caused 100 million deaths in 20th century. As per current trends, it may cause one billion deaths in 21st century. If no action is taken now, tobacco related deaths will increase to more than eight million per year by 20130.Unfortunately, 80% of these deaths will be in low & middle income countries, and we are one of them.
Tobacco-related diseases are responsible for one in 10 adult deaths worldwide.
Every 6 seconds, one person dies of tobacco-related disease.
In India alone, it kills nearly 8 lakhs people per year.
A study has shown that every day 55,000 new children take up tobacco habits in India, whereas a mere 2% of Indian adults quit the habit, that also, often only after falling ill. ICMR has also shown that out of 100 young smokers today, nearly 50% are going to die of tobacco-related disease. People who smoking and/or chew tobacco are likely to have:

Since 1998 I am masturbating, sometimes I do 4 times a day. It has caused great change in my social life .i don’t have very big social networks. Now I do once in 3 month or in 2 month but the matter of worry is that once I star doing I continue it till I lose my stamina completely or until my semen stops coming. Now my great concern is that how long I have to take this medicine? Why I have not any desire to get married? Whether my genitals are in good state or not? Can you recommend me complete test related to my sexual health?

Dear, for all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. 1. Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2. Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 /4 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6. Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep. Switch off lights at 11: 00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8. Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is luke warm. And have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9. Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep. Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 30 min.
