You can do muscle build up exercise and follow a proper diet. Eat more food. Eat more calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, chocolate, ice cream, ghee, butter, cheese, almond. Walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed. Eat protein like fish, egg. Peanut, peas, soy milk, soy product, mushroom, tofu in extra amount. Eat more dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined food stuffs. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. You can use weight gainer supplement. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water but not during meals. Take quality sleep.

Depression can be reactive, due to external issues like financial crisis and interpersonal problems or depression can be endogenous, i.e due to changes within oneself, which happens due to altered neurotransmission in the mind. Endogenous depression can be very well treated by antidepressants which restore the changes, kindly consult a psychiatrist and seek remedy. All the best.

The age at which she had the breakdown is not surprising: late adolescence is normally the period when most people have these breakdowns and are indicative of childhood influences and genetic factors. This is the last time that she will get to resolve the issue and if it is not treated now it can lead to a permanent condition into adulthood. These symptoms must be reported to the doctor so that he can review the dosage or the medication. At her age, this disease can be quite crippling and difficult for her too. What she needs to do is to go for counseling along with the medication. She must be put on a tight time schedule of activities too. She must be occupied but not busy: occupational therapy is highly recommended. Anything that attracts her attention is normally good for her. Always keep her mind engaged with outside distractions because otherwise, she will go internal where all the craziness lurks. Once she goes internal she can get locked in and to get her to relate to the external world thereafter will become near impossible. Ideally, she should be around people who will interact with her. Sometimes these methods can actually relieve her of many symptoms of the disease. Exercise is an integral part of her daily routine but it has to be suitable to her age and physical condition. Remember there is no cure but getting her to become functional as much as possible is good for her and the family. This will be an on-going exercise and everyone must pitch in, be patient and kind, yet firm. Any passive state will encourage degeneration.

Take fruit diet once in a week, which consist of fresh juice, fruits, coconut water and vegetable (green leafy). Warm water enema should be taken daily to clean the bowels and constipation. Take a balanced diet with an alkaline base, which consists of sprouted cereals, whole grain cereals and vegetables. Vitamin a, e and b can be used to treat acne. Green tea and walnuts help to keep your skin pimple free. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day is good for emission of toxin from the body. Always try to include low-fat dairy products in your meal. These are a good source of vitamin a. Some natural remedies to get rid of pimples:- apply hot fomentation to open up skin pores and then rinse skin with cold water. Sun and air baths by exposing the whole body to sun and air are highly beneficial. A hot epsom salt bath twice in a week will be highly beneficial in all cases of acne. Healing packs made of grated cucumber, oatmeal (cooked), carrot and lemon juice is effective for acne.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Headaches are one of the most common ailments that afflict mankind regardless of age and gender. Headaches are pains and can occur in any region of the head, they can occur on both sides or on one side. The main aspects that are experienced are throbbing, nausea in the head which can occur gradually or suddenly. Headaches may last for days, hours or even less than an hour. It is important that we understand the symptoms and consult specialists if the symptoms persist.

The WHO reports that around 47% of the world's adult population will have experienced a headache within the last year. The global burden of headache is high as the same leads to disability and loss of working hours. Headache disorders are rated among the world top 10 causes of disability worldwide.

Half to three-fourth of the adults between 18 to 65 years of age in the world have had headaches in the last one year and among those more than 10 % have reported migraine. In the global burden of diseases study, migraine alone accounted for 1.3% of years lost due to disability.

Headaches are categorized into primary and secondary headaches:

  1. Primary headaches are illnesses caused directly by over activity or problems with pain sensitive structures in the head. This includes muscle nerves and blood vessels in the head and neck. They also include the chemical activity inside the brain.
  2. The common primary headaches are migraine, TTH and cluster headaches.
  3. Secondary headaches are because of some other condition affecting the pain sensitivity structures ranging from brain tumor or any other complication.

Causes of Headache:
Headaches can be caused because of various simple reasons that are mostly undetected and undiagnosed. Headaches are mainly caused by

  • Stress
  • Hormonal changes
  • Too much or too little sleep
  • Exercising rigorously
  • Straining eyes
  • Excess of caffeine intake
  • Not eating on time
  • Dehydration

The causes of headaches may be due to sinusitis, glaucoma, overuse of medication , ice cream headaches etc. Headaches are not perceived by the public as serious since they are mostly episodic and do not cause death. Majority take over the counter medications to relieve this headache. Repeated headache and the constant fear of the next one damages family life, social life and can cause unemployment.

There are more than 200 types of headaches, out of which majority of them are harmless and few are life threatening. It is important that you understand the symptoms and consult specialists if they persist.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Apply it on the affected area before bed and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your face well with normal water. For best results, follow this remedy daily for about 10 days.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
