Hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar
1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day.
3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration
1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits
if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff
1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others.
Aim is to be strong and fit.
To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.
1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily.
3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily
4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc.
5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.
6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc.
7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen.
8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products.
9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well.
- Take deworming tablets every six month.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner.
1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night.
By doing above thing you will get good result
take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

acidity is mostly related to lifestlye and the kind of food we eat and how much stress we take. eat small frequent. less ouly food. dont lie down till 30 min of taking meal. drink plenty water. stop alcohol or smoking if u atall do. u will have to take medication as well. if acidity not resolved than get an upper gi endoscopy done

Hello, He should go for meditation to reduce his stress to calm his nerves to improve his mental condition. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate his body.
His diet be non-irritant, easily digestible on time. Give him homoeo medicines:
@ Ignatia 200-5 drops, thrice. Avoid, junkfood, alcohol, nicotine. Tk ,care.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company
take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day
also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30
(30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day
wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.
