You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. I am late for my periods by 09 days. I had an intercourse and that too unprotected. However I am sure I can not be pregnant, cause as soon as I had it I rushed to the washroom and it was all out. Has happened earlier as well, but never resulted in pregnancy. Now I am not sure if this is pregnancy this time. But I hope its not like the other times. Rest my mother also has a problem of irregular periods and I have got that gift from her. But I don't want to take a risk. Hi lybrate-user. Unprotected sex can always lead to a pregnancy even if you wash out all semen after intercourse. So if your periods are late please do a pregnancy test and check. Medicines to resume periods are very different from those of abortion. If you are pregnant and take medicines to resume your periods, it will not work. Those are the withdrawal symptoms and will go away in a short while. Chewing tobacco is really harmful especially because it is known to cause oral cancer and oral submucous fibrosis (SMF). Since it is an oral habit there are many substitutes that can be used to replace the oral stimulation. Of course, since it is a stimulant you cannot get the same effect and that is worth the loss to give up this very addictive habit. A dense fibrous tissue is deposited in the submucosal layer of the soft palate and cheek, causing disabling symptoms like trismus. It contains betel nuts, tobacco, lime, catechu and permitted spices and flavors. The first four substances damage the sensitive mucosa, causing constant irritation and micro trauma to the mucosa. Chemicals present act as a toxin. The phenol in the betel nut, with its caustic burning effect, destroys the mucosa, causing oral ulcers. The betel nut also contains tannins, which act as astringents, precipitating protein and damaging the mucosa. Altogether, this substance is known to be physiologically addictive. You can use replacements like nicotine chewing gum (if you want the stimulant effect, especially in the beginning) or ordinary chewing gum, hard candy and any other orally satiating substance, especially when the urge is very strong. You would have got conditioned to the habit to different times of the day and different situations. You must particularly avoid those occasions and occupy yourself with something else attractive. You should get regular exercise, eat healthily, and get a good night’s rest every day. Visit a dentist and clean up your teeth and gums to wipe out all the reminders and damages of the habit. You may also get a thorough oral check up and treatment for any damages incurred. If he is unable to give it up on his own, he needs to be admitted into a rehabilitation center nearby until he is completely out of it. They will have him deal with all other issues also and so his anger outbursts will also get attention. The anger may or may not have anything to do with the addiction but still it is better he deals with it in the course of his therapy. Even after he comes out of the center, he must continue therapy and attend Smokers Anonymous meetings regularly.

Greying of hair is due to genetic, environmental, nutritional and autoimmune causes. At any one time, one person can have one or more reasons affecting them. It can b treated. It vil have to b evaluated with blood level analysis.Meanwhile, milk and milk products, pulses, meat, fish need to be consumed well. Have calcium and iron supplements. You need to get evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Don't use dyes, bleaches, steam or blowdryers. Avoid spa. You can to start with use brown henna. Avoid swimming in pools. Drink milk and plenty of dairy products to replenish calcium needed for tyrosinase. Include cabbage, broccoli, brussels, kale in daily diet. Have vitamin and mineral supplements. Have spinach and jaggery, iron in it vil enhance melanin forming pathway. Stay away from hairdyes, dryers, spas, bleaches and hot irons. You can use brown natural henna to cover your greys.

All kinds of food you can eat. Focus on green leafy veg, fruits and wallnuts. Continue eating all what you were eating before. Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. Along with tat full glass of milk twice a day will supplement calcium. Kesar someone might have told you to drink in milk to get fair complexion for the baby but it is not true and it purely depends on both parents genes.
