Don't drink excessive water it is giving you extra urine. Always drink water gradually and only when you are thirsty.

Respected sir/madam, Am 24 years old married woman. Today I went through a ultra sound scanning & the report shows that I have simple left ovarian cyst. "Left oavry is mildly enlarged in size snd shows a simple cyst measuring 2.2 * 1.6 * 2.1 cms, vol -4.1 ml. Kindly please let me know the causes & all.

Sayings Like masturbation helps to free from stress, get a better sleep etc. But why I am so addicted to it when I am seeing any kind of attractive thing like beautiful or sexy girls I just feels that I want to sex with her and I rushes to somewhere to masturbate and after that it feels me very lazy. I even controls my self but I couldn't. It makes me like I am doing any kind of drugs. And I am so addict a day will not pass without doing this even some days 3 or 4 times. So please let me know any kind suggestion while I can get free from it.

Yes this is clearly a sign of addiction. It is a type of'procedural addiction' masturabation gives you the same high (dopamine high) that a drug of abuse would give. It is safe when it's done under control. You seem to be getting excessively and easily aroused. You need to exert control over your arousal, not on masturabation. When you get sexual thoughts distract your mind with something neutral. Make a list of distractions, like listening to a song, calling someone, thinking about a non arousing topic, looking at different things in the surroundings, etc. Do not go to a place where you can relieve yourself, because every time you do it, your brain gets a'kick' and this action becomes more reinforced. It will reduce gradually. There are medicines available for hyper sexuality, that you can take temporarily while you practice more self-control. Visit a psychiatrist for complete guidance.

I used to smoke since 3 years 7 ciggerate a day. Now I want to reduce it. I want to know what is the safe limit of smoking I mean how many ciggerate I can smoke a day that will not effect my body system.

Smoking limited is 0. Reduce 1 cigarette alternet day last one after few days live for life time you health will improve fastly. Take gingger cut in small piceses add lemon juice dry in room after that keep one pice in mouth when you fill to smok in this way you will live smoking.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2. Reduce your weight if overweight 3. Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, 6. Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, tobacco, 7. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your bp regularly and consult physician for treatment 10. Have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Hi Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. Change your food habits. Add in your food proteins fruits green vegetables. Avoid oily and ghee preparation. You take nutrilite powder 1spoon in a cup of milk with breakfast and 1cup in night after dinner. For medicinal advice feedback to me.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. I am 19 year old. I have a pain like nerve stretches in my lower back right side, I have no idea what kind of pain is this. When I work out the pain can feel easily and in the morning also but when I do nothing the pain will feel less. Due to this I feel uncomfortable all the time.
