Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. You can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

Hi, Take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and Rhinorin Lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Do steam inhalation twice daily. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform Pranayama daily in the morning for 10- 15 mins.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) All the best!

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi Shriya., The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1.Family history (heredity) 2.Hormonal changes 3.Medical conditions 4.Medications 5.Life style Medication:- 1.Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, Guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21days. 2.Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo,blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3.Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4.Cap Trichup, 1 cap twice a day after food for 1 month. If it happens again and again, you will need some hormone tests, an ultrasound and a gynec checkup. Usually normal period can last 5-6 days. The first day is light, 2nd and 3rd days are heavy, then gradually it lessens, becomes darker and may be fully over by 5-6 days. Any form of bleeding lasting more than 7 days needs to be looked by a doctor.

Some times I find a foam/phlegm like appearance on my stool. Is it mucus? whatever it may be, what does it indicate?

This probably indicates some irritable bowel condition leading to malabsorption of fat. This could be due to stress or ibs or sometimes simply related to consumption of oily and fatty food.

Hello- Unwanted tablet induce strong uterine contraction to abort the implantation of the zygote, so as to remove pregnancy through vaginal bleeding. Pain is due to this reason, it will pass away in few days. In the meanwhile, you can apply/massage warm sesame oil in your abdomen in a clock wise manner. It will reduce pain instantly.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise for 5 days a week. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, tomato, onion etc. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

Pimple is a disease that affects the teenagers most and though not critical, it sure makes the social life of a teenager miserable due to its appearance. You may have cervical abrasion, erosion or attrition check your teeth in mirror and found it if it is then go for gic restoration, check for cavity if it is go for rct, u can use thermoseal paste, do not take anything acidic and avoid too hot and too cold for several days

Hello, The best way is to stay motivated and do stressfree and sensible eating. Eat homecooked, nutritious meals with minimum usage of salt, sugar,soda. Avoid larger meals at one go. Control your unwanted food cravings but hydrating yourself.
