I am 22 years old female, and I get frequent migraine headaches almost everyday, I work 8 hours a day on the computer and just recently I got my eyes checked and got glasses for the computer screen, but the headache seems to continue and for that I take table "Nise" and my headache stops sometimes but sometimes it just continues and doesn't stop. Is there something that I have to worry about?

I am 23 years old girl, whenever I lift things (2-3kg) my hands are shivering. I cant even lift a kid in my hand.

This is due to muscular weakness. Do limb exercises regularly. Start to lift light weight dumbwells. Apply ayurvedic oil like prasarini oil on your shoulders.

Hi, thanks for your query you have to describe a bit more in detail whether shakiness of hands is at rest or while doing some work or when you r anxious. Also getting a fasting thyroid profile may help.

I am feeling depressed for my study pressure n even I need to get a job. I am suffering in insomnia. Please help me.
I can understand how disturbing an interuppted, inappropriate or disturbed sleep can affect your day to day life. In india it has been found 55% of patients are suffering from insomnia just because of stress, distractions and anxiety. So the best way to get rid from insomnia is to reduce the stress level. A physiotherapist can help you to give you the ways to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full sleep. Consult some neurologist/neuropyschiatric and start taking medicine if it is due to some neurological discorder. And consult nearby physio who can make a perfect routine and daily life styl chart to make you relax so that you get an appropriate sleep. Please follow some points that will help you in such condition along with medical treatment: 1) use of ice packs over your eyes or frontal area for some time to give relaxation. 2) massage your head especially forehead area using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body 3) regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. 4) avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings 5) make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. 6) before sleeping time do some relaxation exercises. - sit on chair with both the hands placed on the pillow placed over thighs. - deep inhale from your nose, mouth should be closed. - hold your breath for the count of 5. - exhale completely from mouth making a loud sound. Continue to do this exercise for 10 times. Before going to bed make a habit of doing this daily. Modified technique of same exercise is while inhaling extend your arms, hold for 5 count and then exhale making your arms back in the rest position. 7) room modification while sleep - make sure room should be dark with no noise. Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner or food. Take a walk for 15 min and then come back, bed should be not too soft not too hard. 8) it is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It is also a very good habit to start and finish your day by drinking a good glass of purifying water. 9) exerices like aerobics (running) can be done to make your muscles active. Many other ways are there in order to maintain your life stress free and active so that you can continue to sleep on time and it does affect your life. Good luck and get well soon.

Hello brijesh CP is a developmental delay caused by lack of blood supply to brain during the child birth or pregnancy or after the birth. Recovery totally depends upon the area of rain injured. There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. I am not able to sleep since 1 week. I always try to sleep on time but I am helpless. I am not getting proper sleep. In a week I slept hardly 3 4 hours only. I have tried each n every possible thing. I am not taking any stress nor any pressure. I have started to drink milk at night also to get better sleep. But all this is in vain. Please suggest me I am fearing that it may be features of insomnia.

It is definitetly insomnia, a significant percentage of population suffer from insomnia. The reasons need to be evaluated before you are treated. Consult a psychiatrist. There are non-dependent medications to treat insomnia as well as sleep hygiene, which will be decided after the evaluation.

Hello I am 27 years old I am suffering from lack of sleep. My sleep time is 12 am to 9 am but I am not able to get proper sleep. Feel insomnia. I am shifting my side whole night and even not feeling comfortable and sleepy. This is second time happening. First time I wasn't able to sept for more than 20 nights and days as well. My heart rates also increase some times at night. No pain nothing but m feeling my heart is having pressure or something like that. I do 2 hours of gym workout. please help.

If you do 2 hours of Gymn, you require a good diet along with Rest, an Overtired Body is always restless and sleep deprived. Please do not take any sleeping tablets. Try taking a warm glass of milk+honey at bedtime + listen to some soothing music ,Avoid aggressive TV programmes and do read some motivational books like autobiographies. Give us a positive feed back after 2 weeks trial.

I am 35 years old I affected stroke from left side what can I do generally to get full cure its an valuable advice to me now I am also continuity tablets everyday if I can get cure or not.

No medically, if you want to take care, then you avoid fat related, more carbohydrate intake,& try to take millets, cereals, brown rice, whole wheat contents, if you take soaked almond. Then peel it off, & then take. Take plenty water like. Max 3-4 litres/day, try to do morning & evening walk, regularly for at least 30-60 min, not brisk. 10 min. Before going to walk, must take 1 litre of water and again after taking walk, take water. Night before going to bed{1 hr before]take water atleast 1 glass. Take regularly, sprouts, honey lemon water, all fruits, avoid spicy, oily, fried, junk, ghee made, fast food, sweets. Take bland diet only. Practice pranayama daily twice. Morning & before to bed. Must, & also, yoga will do help. Consume more green leafy vegetables with dal, but not as fries. Tc.

I am under medication of levera since 6 month of stroke. I have sinovenous thrombosis. I am feeling much better now. No any symptom of this. Can I drink 1 2 peg of alcohol or beer or wine. Only for one day. On my birthday. My neurologist told me that there is no need to visit. Pls advise me.
