You did not mention your age! go for extraction of the offending tooth or to some extent it can be reduced by trimming it.

Dear Lybrate user, toothpaste se aaram na milne par dobara dentist ko dikhayein aur poora check up karayein. Sensitivity toothpaste normal toothpaste ki tarh na use karein. Thoda daant pe lga ke 4-5 minute ke liye rakhein, phir brush karein.

Please apply pain relief gel on ulcers. Also improve nutrition (vitamin c and b complex) of your diet, take optimum rest, reduce stress, increase water intake, quit smoking like habits.

Clean your teeth after every meal. For already deposited tartar you should consult to doctor and get oral prophylaxis done because if your gums receded beyound limit tooth becomes mobile. Regular use of mouth wash and must clean teeth from innerside.

hello shukari, my suggestion is to go for the orthodontic treatment and I guess the payment will not be a problem as many times it is in instalments, there is no better option than orthodontic treatment for open bite, there are many fancy treatments available but unless you find what causes you open bite don't get it treated, as the major treatment in open bite starts from removal or correcting the cause of open bite. be confident and proceed with the treatment. still I find any difficulty don't hesitate to text us. take care

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently.

Here are 7 natural ways to help cure the problem of bad breath at the systemic level through diet:


1. Drink more water

Believe it or not, dehydration is one of the most common causes of bad breath.
