Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

He is suggesting removal of all teeth may be coz they have poor support. Less likely is co relationship of oral cancer. Don' t worry.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency kindly consult physician for further management.

Having stress, headaches, feeling tired and fatigue most of the time at your age can have multiple causes but mostly it is due to mismanaged stress. Also a possibility of hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies and depression cannot be ruled out. Please find time to do relaxation exercises like yoga and/ or meditation. Even a daily brisk walk for 45 minutes can help. Have a relaxing sleep at night. Eat healthy. Include fresh fruits in diet. Avoid preserved foods or junk foods. Consult online for further queries and assistance.

Hello lybrate user. Not feeling fresh after getting up from sleep, feeling less energetic and tiredness throughout the day may normally be present if they are occasional once a while in a person's life. But if this is the story which is being repeated almost everyday for atleast 2 weeks or more than it needs a close evaluation. At your age having persistent pervasive low mood and lack of interest, lack of concentration, forgetting things, lack of concentration, constant tiredness with having headache or head heaviness may be signs of depression. Other thing which we neet to rule out here is any organic cause for the symptoms. So I suggest you to get your thyroid function test, hemogram and mri brain done. You need to get evaluated closely by a psychiatrist and if there are other signs of depression present you may be started on anti-depressants with expecting good amount of improvement in a month of start of medications. Hoping the best for you. Take care.

My age is 52 yrs. In 2011, when I was 48 I underwent CABG wherein 6 graftings were done. Presently, I am taking Ecosprin 150mg. Atorvastatin 10mg. Telma 20 mg and Cardivas 3.125mg (twice daily). My concern is that I am losing muscle mass. My waist size has reduced from 34 inches to 32 inches I am losing flesh from legs, arms and hips. There has been no significant loss in weight which is more or less constant in all these four years. Every time I visit my cardiologist for follow up visit which is normally every six months, I raise this issue but he assures that there is no need of worry and this may be due to strict diet and morning walk. He assures that this loss of muscle mass will settle down on its own. I consulted other physicians also who also said that it is due to intake of statins. My LFT, Lipid Profile, BSF, BSPP, Thyroid Profile, Kidney profile reports are normal. I have seen so many people who underwent CABG but none of them have become so skinny. They look healthy as before. Please advise what could be reason for this. I would also like to mention here that this loss of muscle mass started much before I underwent CABG, may be from the age of 46 yrs.
