You have to consider likes and dislikes of both the partners. If one doesn't like some method, you can't force. Better have different position. If oral sex is not possible, that doesn't mean your sex life is not good. Just find another ways to have satisfaction.

I had never done exercise before seriously. I wanted to start the physical exercise at morning. But I can not initiate it. Actually I wanted to wake up early in the morning but I can not sleep well and at time. Due to this I can not complete my sleep and can not wake up early in the morning.

Its not necessary that you must exercise in the morning you can do it inthe evenings and you will sleep well its the laziness try to figure out atime and start doing at any time first and leter you can choose the time.

I am a 23 years old male When ever I am sexual aroused or when ever I think about girls or any girl passes in front of me something like crystal clear white fluid is coming out of penis within some seconds even its coming out when my penis is not erected. Please tell me about this premature ejaculation what is this and why this happens? And I'm ejaculating within in 2 to 3 4 minutes only. And My penis is bending towards left side when I'm getting erection I am getting full erection but its bending towards left side only. What is the reason for this? And masturbation is safe ? Weekly how many times is safe?

The white sticky discharge you get even with slight excitement is nothing but a secretion of Periurethral glands located in urethra. This is normal secretion of these glands which help in free passage of thick semen through Urethra during ejaculation. This is excessive in your case .It will settle down itself once you get used to normal sexual life. Premature Ejaculation (PME) defined when male partner ejaculates early before the female partner reaches to orgasm. There is no absolute time by which we can diagnose PME. It is relative term and female partner is the best judge. A curved penis simply can be a result of individual anatomy. The direction that an erect penis takes depends on the proportion of crus (penis under the skin) to exposed penis. Men with a shorter crus, and thus a longer penis, are more likely to have an erection that points downward, while an erect penis that has a longer crus will probably point outward, or even straight up. Sometimes the penis also bends to the left or to the right. I think in your case bending may be due to short crus. In the vast majority of cases, the curve falls well within the norms of most men and should not be a deterrent for a relationship. If, however, your penis has a pronounced curve or bends sharply to the left or right — especially if penetration is impossible or if an erection is painful — you should see a urologist. Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. Appropriate masturbation frequency is 2 to 3 times a week and not more than once in a day.

Your problems are not connected to masturbation. So please follow some of the instructions below and that should help you in yoru studies: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

Your girlfriend shouts while inserting penis in vagina. I advise you to do foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes first before going for sex. This will loose her vagina. Follow this and give feedback.

although the size of penis is a natural phenomenon. start drinking pomegranate's juices which helps growth, density and concentration of sperms and also helps erectyle dysfunction and premature ejasculation. have nutritious food. go for morning walk by free hand exercises. lead a healthy lifestyle. regarding breast fitness she has to do regular breast massage with a trained physiotherapist female. the direction of exercise movement has to correct.

This kind of frequency will indicate to have subclinical urinary infection. The infection need to be treated depending up on the type infection the duration of treatment depends. Have you got any urinary test done. If so come back with information for advise, if not done get your urine routine test and culture and sensitivity of pyogenic organisms for proper guidance. Hello, if you are having fever presently then follow the below treatment:-Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. After getting cured of this fever Take Alpha WD, 15 drops with warm water to make your immunity strong. Eat dry fruits and seasonal fruits. Drink plenty of water at short intervals. Add Garlic, ginger, cinnamon and honey to your daily diet. Take a warm glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric daily night.

Lybrate-user-user, nothing to worry regarding this. Just go for vision check up. If everything is fine then its purely a stress headache. So drink plenty of water of atleast 5 to 6 litres per day. Take good liquid diet. Take more of fruits and juices. First try to manage your stress by cutting down it either by doing yoga or which ever hobby you like. Make some time in a day for thos. If it is unbearable only take medication for that. If youfollow above you will get your headache reduces to 90 percent. Hope I answered your question

Exercises for cervicogenic headache hi dear, I hope you will fitt and fine The following exercises are commonly prescribed to patients with this condition. You should discuss the suitability of these exercises with your physiotherapist prior to beginning them. Generally, they should be performed 2 – 5 times daily and only provided they do not cause or increase symptoms. Your physiotherapist can advise when it is appropriate to begin the initial exercises and eventually progress to the intermediate and advanced exercises. As a general rule, addition of exercises or progression to more advanced exercises should take place provided there is no increase in symptoms. ________________________________________ Initial Exercises Chin Tucks Begin this exercise by sitting or standing tall with your back and neck straight, shoulders should be back slightly.
