I have much pain on my right hand what can I do? is it compulsory to take x ray.
If pain is due to tight or weak muscles or due to overuse then x ray is not needed. You need to do specific exercises to stretch the hand and forearm muscles. Try ice or heat as tolerated. For specific exercises reply through private consultation and I can provide a detailed exs plan. Hope you recover soon.

Hello, sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update.

To make your calcium level normal these are some instructions given below: • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot . • Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily when sunlight is not strong , sunlight has vitamin D . • you can take vitamin D supplement to increase your calcium level . • Increase your digestion with use of this method take 1 tea spoon of jeera , dhaniya , and ajwayin grind it and use it in your daily food items .

For such condition you must take ayurvedic medicines which you can for long term. Tab. Mahayograj guggula 2 tans twice a day tab. Mahavat vidhwansan ras 1 tab twice a day consult your nearest ayurvedic physician gor panchakarma as per your prakriti and need. For diet avoid the food which is heavy to digest like poha, sago, dahi, south indian dishesh, icecream and dairy products. Avoid fast food like pizza, burger. Take less quantity of food at night. You can also take 1 tsf of castor oil following 50 ml of hot water.

Hi 1 relax and stay positive. 2 increase fluid intake. 3 eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins 4 do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. 5 if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. 6 do check your calcium and vit. 7 apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

My wife is 60 years old and has spondelysis, tingling in left hand, pain in right hand since 6 months and gone through physiotherapy also tried so many medicines but still no improvement, please advice.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem. Pantakind flux 1 cap ODx10days (for acidity)

Hi, my age 24 recently one week back when I was walking on roadside I hit a flex board hardly and fell down, no injuries but my head had a jerk to backside suddenly from that time my neck muscles was paining all the time. Specially in night times and wakeup time. How can I get relief from that pain. Should I use any medicines for that ?

There could be some muscle tear because of the jerk take tab lyser d twice a day for fiv days and apply volini gel on the effected painful area for a few days and try to stabilise your neck as much as possible for a few days if required you can use a cervical collar.

Hello, you, might be suffering from cervical spondyolosis. Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.

Dear user for your condition is physical injury you should have to wear knee cap, and also avoid cross leg sitting always you have to keep your leg straight for atleast 1 week. If pain not come down consult orthopaedic and physiotherapy.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
