Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry.

Hair fall is a very common phenomenon that plagues millions of people around the globe. Most of you take supplements of vitamin on a regular basis as it aids the build-up of new hair and skin cells. Read on to find out how exactly do the various vitamins help your hair: 1. Vitamin A: This vitamin controls the production of retinoic acid in your hair follicle. What you may not have considered is that you can also lose a lot of hair by combing it the wrong way. Check if you’re making these common combing mistake 1. Are you combing your hair from the roots down? If you’re combing your hair you should always start from the middle while working it downwards. Move the comb upwards (near the roots) only when there are no more tangles remaining in the bottom half. If you start combing from your roots, you may have to fight more tangles on the way to the bottom. This induces strain on your scalp, and increases hair breakage. The end result is weak hair and roots, and more hair fall. 2. Are you combing post the application of a hair product? A comb should never be used just after the application of a hair paste, serum or cream for treatment or styling. You must use only your fingers to comb through your hair once you've applied a styling product. If you use a comb post-application of a styling product, it not only loses its effect, but may also harm your hair and its texture.Consequently, it may lead to increased breakage and hair loss over time. 3. Are you detangling your hair after shampooing or washing? Hair is known to be at its weakest when wet, which can also make it prone to tangling. Combing and excessive pulling of tangled, wet hair increases your chances of hair breakage and eventual hair loss. To avert water-induced frowns, you can try giving a comb-through before wetting your hair in the shower. Alternatively, you can also try combing your hair during a shower. Apply the conditioner first; next, untangle the strands by using only your fingers, and then use a wide-toothed comb just before washing. 4. Are you regularly back-combing your hair? Sometimes people back-comb their hair from the roots working towards the ends. This hair teasing technique adds volume and texture to your hair. Although it’s a great trick, its regular use may damage your hair cuticles, which as a result, may also ruin your hair’s quality, lead to frizzy hair and increase breakage and hair loss. To get the element of volume without the damage, you can try light hair sprays, which help you in getting a similar look.

Diffuse hair fall can be caused by multiple causes like prior stress, prolonged illness, enviornmental pollution, nutritional deficiency and endocrinal factors. First of all avoid trauma, heat and cosmetic products on hairs, avoid use of shampoos containing sodium laurayl sulphate, take diet rich in proteins and vitamins. You can take nutritional supplements with 10mg of biotin. You can do hair massage with argan oil.

Hi, the decision depends on the type of block, number of vessels blocked, extent of block, location of block. It also depends on the expertise of the cardiologist. As stenting is less invasive, non surgical, involves less hospital stay, it is the preferred method of treatment.

From the brief information you have provided, it would appear that you have suffered from mixed anxiety and depressive features and its consequences (including loss of sex drive and confidence, etc.) for many years. Hopefully, the doctors you have seen, have ruled out physical causes like neurological & thyroid problems amongst others. Mental health and emotional problems warrant an integrated approach using a combination of medicine and psychotherapy. Only prescribing of medicine cannot help one to understand and overcome pain and the causes for it. It is important to engage in psychotherapy sessions to get an insight into the current problems and underlying causes, as well as a solution to remedy it. Remember, knowledge and awareness can empower you. I suggest you see a psychiatrist with interest and experience in psychotherapy or see a psychologist alongside psychiatrist. While you problems are very common, they are easily treatable provide a planned and compressive approach is adopted.

Back pain can be due to prolong sitting and poor posture when sitting walking sleeping etc you need to consult a physiotherapist to learn specific strengthening and stretching exs to improve pain and prevent recurring. Gud luck!

First off all slow down and concentrate on fat reduction only. Target to be around 70-75 kg. Once your body frame is allright than comes the second step to maintain it, third step is to gain muscles and look agile. In your case I understand you are mixing two things together which will have a negative effect, loose your fat and do not worry about muscles until your weight is 70-75 kg and your body's natural muscles will never be lost.

Avoid heavy foods in night, please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables, salty foods, spicy foods, long preserved, frozen foods, junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided, make vegetables and fruits as your daily eating habit, best is to take cow's milk in night before sleeping and have a bath before going to bed, do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle, please read the following about stress management and treatment: ---- when your stress goes flying out the window stress is so all-pervading in this material world that everyone is tortured by it. Stress takes many forms. We are stressed by health problems, financial problems, interpersonal problems and many more. The solution for all varieties of stress is to understand that its underlying cause is bodily consciousness, the false identification of the self with the body. I am dm patient for last 15 years. My fasting blood sugar is 90-110 mg/dl but this shoots up to 230 after food. I am taking janumet 50/500 in morning and amaryl 1 in the evening. 1 am a male 59 years old.
