I want to know how can I control my sugar level and what food should I take and what to avoid. I am taking insugen 30/70 morning 25 night 15 and glimifixm2 two times daily. Mr. Lybrate-user, looking at your weight and height the bmi is 32.19 kgs /m2, showing grade 1 obesity (normal <23 kgs/m2). For better control of blood glucose it is necessary to maintain normal weight. Your ideal body weight (ibw) should be62 kgs. Therefore to control blood glucose level apart from taking insulin and other drugs it essential to reduce weight. That will also help in controlling lipid levels. Any exercise is as good as other. It is better to start with brisk walking for at least 1 hour a day. Later you can upgrade to jogging. You should also do strength building exercise on 2 days a week in addition to aerobic activity. Plus certain yogasanas and pranayam will also be beneficial. Blood sugar control will need insulin, oral drugs plus exercise, weight reduction and diet control. All these factors together will help. Diagnosis is not very clear from what you have described. Need some more details. It may be mechanical back pain. Since history is not clear, I would advice you common things done for back pain patient. Detailed treatment has to be sought after detail history. Consult orthopaedic surgeon. Do not bend forward and lift weight. Use firm bed Do back strengthening exercises. Take rest for some days. Use hot bags.

Hello lybrate user. First chek bad breath is from mouth or nose. If it's from nose it can b because of underline medical condition. But if it is from mouth then there are only two reasons 1) plaque and calculus. This is because of bad brushing habit you can see black or whitish layer on tooth. 2) decayed tooth. If your tooth is carious or say decayed. Advice: 1) oral prophylaxis which is professional cleaning of teeth. 2) filling of decayed tooth.

I want to become healthy but my appetite is very low. How can I improve my appetite? What type of food can provide me a healthy muscles body?

To increase appetite you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

What is the best time of having green tea .n how many cups should I have. Is there any side effect? N my weight is 80 kg. My daily routine is as follows. Morning after brushing I have amla n aloe Vera juice in lukewarm water in empty stomach, den go to gym, come back have a cup of bournvita or tea. Den before coming to office I have my breakfast n it includes bhat (rice, dal ,sabji, fish,chkin. Whatever is cooked. I have my breakfast at around 9.30,9.45.n in offc around 2 I have my lunch. please suggest in details of having green tea. Timing n can I have any snacks along with the green tea.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.
