Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain and laxity through out. Which joints you have pain? if your proximal joints (ie. Shoulder, elbow, hip & knee) then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. If you have pain in the distal joints ie. Wrist, fingers, ankle, toes then you can wear then you can do hot water fermentation in that area to reduce the inflammation. Please wear knee brace / elbow brace / wrist brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective. However if the pain initially starts in the distal joints then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages. And also immerse the distal joints in the hot water tub which will help you to reduce the pain.

Hi, contrary to general belief, masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. Always use herbal base hair products.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercise with 5 minutes, increase timing slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. Please do a stool examination. If he was having any disease earlier and or taking any other medicines earlier that needs to be again thought off. Give him bland diet. Blood test needs to be done for - cbc/lft. Give him arsenic alba 200 - twice daily for next 2 days - if no relief get back to me for proper treatment.

Apple cider vinegar has the antibacterial as well as antifungal properties and is very effective in fading away dark spots on face caused by pimples----------------apple cider vinegar is very powerful though, so you must dilute it in the ratio of 1: 5 (vinegar nd water) before applying it, at least at first. Just apply a small amount to your skin, but make sure that you choose pure, undiluted vinegar for best results. First try it by applying on the dorsum surface of forearm and if no allergic reaction in ratio of 1: 5 then apply on face otherwise dilute it further. Along with external application you can alo drink apple cider vinegar in ratio of 1: 5 daily 10 ml of apple cider vinegar and 50 ml of water. ------------------------

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.
