They happen most commonly during sexual intercourse or when doing positions in yoga or gymnastics that involve raising your legs over your pelvis. There is nothing to worry about it. Don't panic.   1. No stress: Stress is unavoidable, but one can make a conscious effort to relieve themselves of the same. If a person is stress it becomes hard to focus on sex and in turn affects the blood flow. Reading a book, taking a break, rest, and a massage are just few ways by which one can get rid of stress.
  2. Regular exercises: Doing exercises regularly tends to pump up the heart, which in turn enhance the blood flow in and around the genitals. Exercising also provides stamina and energy. The most important benefit of exercising is that it enhances the body image thereby leading to a confident person.
  3. Quitting smoking: Smoking causes the development of a condition known as vasoconstriction (which is a contraction of the blood vessels that brings about a decrease in blood flow), not to mention damage to the veins and arteries. The small veins in the penis are typically more prone to this kind of damage. The only way you can prevent this kind of damage from happening is by kicking this habit. As a consequence, you experience an increase in your sex drive as well as an improvement in your sex life.
  4. Limiting your drinks: Drinking in moderate amounts can help in protecting you from heart disease and certain cancers. But if you have too much of alcohol, it can act as a depressant and lead to anxiety problems as well as a host of sexual problems including delayed ejaculation, erections, and vaginal dryness. Ideally, you should have one drink a day if you're a woman and two in the case of men.

What I supposed to do in order to gain a weight. I do hard work along with some protein so I able to gain a weight for certain period but after that my body back to an original shape. Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. For further queries get back to me.

To get relief from stomach pain follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol. * Do massage with mustard oil around stomach for relief.

If simple backpain than sleep without pillow on flat surface but if some slipdisorder than use lumber support belt except sleeping, eating -ur age also consider for osteoporosis so evaluate also.

My mother is 48 years old and she has a problem of osteoarthritis in her right leg. As we showed to doctors, they say the cartilage between joints of knee is almost finished i.e there is less space and which restricts my mother to walk fast, to use stairs ets. Also they said that the left knee is good enough for now but too much , but with time that will also get affected as whole weight will be on left leg. They have given some medicines for making of cartilage like "CARTIGEN-DN" and some calcium doses, some painkillers (if required). Also they said do rest as much as she can. The reason for such problem is being overweight. She weighs 100ks but she eats normal food and she drinks lot of water but still her weight is this much. Also she has now started going to physician for some affective exercises but from 2-3 day she is facing some kind of pain in her one side hip bone. I just want to ask for diet plan to take and what other measures are there for such problem.

At 48 metabolism slows down, menopause sets in causing physiological weight gain. Get opinion from ortho regarding joint replacement. Walking is not the exercise for her, her knees will get weaker. Reduce sugar and salt to bare minimum. No sweets. Lemon juice + spoon of honey in warm water on empty stomach everyday in morning. Apple cider vinegar diluted with water, as much as she likes. Green tea/clear soups/warm water every 2 hours to wash away accumulated acids in stomach to avoid acidity. Seasonal vegetables and fruits to suit her constitution-as much as she likes. Gentle massage with any oil to improve circulation and to burn the fats. Yoga under a trainer or guidance of a cd or physiotherapist only 1 meal per day in evenings with less fats, more proteins like toned milk, curd & salads. Reduce weight @ 5 kg per month only. Do not reduce her calcium intake. Work like a team taking help of ortho, physio, nutition therapist.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. gfr 53 is low, means kidneys are affected due to long term diabetes. Apart from gliclazide what other medications are you taking? how are sugar levelsand hba1c%. If diabetes is in check nephropathy can also be controlled. Do you have high blood pressure, if so what are the drugs for that? few precautions restrict salt intake and do not eat more proteins. It's normal. Pimples occurs due to blockage in the sebum gland, infection occur over there. We have sebum gland in shoulder and chest region alsoo. Drink plenty of water. Dear lybrate user! greetings! you may having gerd. Generally gerd mimic as chest discomfort. 1. Avoid eating spicy food 2. Do not lie down or sleep immediately after eating, take atleast 2 hrs gap between food and sleep 3. Avoid late night parties 4. Take bland food 5. Take more of liquid food, curd, butter milk, juices it will become quiet normal within few days, or else go for the endoscopy examination. Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Dear low back pain k liyyy you can do it perfectly….1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2….Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fittttt ands fine…………….Thnx.
