Hi, Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. But several factors like the sun’s UV rays, smoking, caffeine and age can affect our lips and darken them. There are several natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. This will remove the darkness and dead skin from your lips and provide your lips a pink colour. Repeat this daily in order to get rid of black lips. 2. Beet Root Juice Apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive Oil Rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips. This will reduce the darkness and moisturise your lips. 4. Lemon Juice We all know that lemon juice is great for hair and even greater for skin. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose Flower Take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally.

Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: •Excessive Masturbation. Family history (heredity) •Hormonal changes •Medical conditions •Medication. Myself is a homoeopath and in my 20 years of homoeopathic practise, I have come across such cases of thinning of hairs at your age and in 60% cases of your age, the cause is the same and that is excessive Masturbation or sexual excesses.--------------Because years of excessive masturbation result will result in an enormous Di-Hydro- Testosterone (DHT) buildup that damages hair follicles and their roots, DHT will start to----------------- •Attack hair follicles------------- •Interfere with nutritional supplies of hair roots------------- •Stimulate the sebaceious gland for an oily scalp-------------- •Trigger a production of cortisol, which induces high levels of prolactin and reduces DHEA, HGH and testosterone production----------------Consult me if your problem is also the same--------------

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. ? Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. ? Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. ? 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. ? 9.Tips ? Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. ? Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. ? Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. ? Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. ? Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. ? Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. ? When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. ? You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Hi, thrice a week shampooing is a must but shampoo will help you just to maintain hygiene. There are many causes for hair loss like any history of major illness (typhoid, jaundice, malaria etc.) stress also plays an important role. Unhealthy scalp condition aggravates your hair loss. You can start having protein rich diet like beans, paneer, milk etc. 2.5-3 litres of water intake daily. 2 cups of green tea daily. For further treatment consult trichologist.

Have you always wanted your friends to compliment on how radiant your skin is?

Well now, your dream will surely come true as given below are some tips to obtain soft and glowing skin naturally.

If you follow these tips properly then you will also have the soft and glowing skin naturally, which you always dreamed to possess.

Some of the tips to acquire smooth, soft and glowing skin naturally are:

  • The harsh sun can really make your skin look bad hence, apply sunscreen every time you go out to protect your skin form dust and harsh rays of the sun.
  • Make sure that you take a cool shower instead of a hot shower.
  • Use less soap. Soap is made up of chemicals instead mix channe ka atta, shikakai powder and kasturi haldi and add some water to make a fine paste out of it. Apply this paste to your body and rinse it off.
  • Moisturize your skin daily as your skin needs nourishment.
  • Eat healthy and be fit. If you eat healthy green vegetables, fruits and fibers, you will soon have glowing skin. Eat sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrot, mangoes, spinach, and blueberries and dry fruits and nuts.
  • Workouts daily, if you tone your muscles, it will make your skin look tighter and well sculpted.
  • Sleep well as a good night sleep will help your skin to look fresh.
  • Don’t use excess make up. Cosmetics are made up of chemicals instead go for natural products.
  • Apply rose water to your skin as it improves your complexion.
  • Drink a lot of water as water makes your skin look bright and fresh. Dehydrated skin looks dull.
  • Scrub your skin well as it helps to remove dead skin cells and makes your skin look radiant.
  • Green tea scrub is a very effective scrub. To prepare a green tea scrub you need green tea leaves, one teaspoon of cream and one teaspoon of sugar. Boil green tea leaves in a spoon full of water and add sugar and cream to it. Mix well, apply, and rinse it off after 10 minutes.

Hence these are some of the tips you have to follow religiously to get smooth and glowing skin naturally. Make sure that you follow them properly.

Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Dear, Shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. “PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc…. Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially. Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple. Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.
