Hello. Loosing 10kg is a big task, start from a smaller taget, like 3 kgs in one month. -do cardio exercise for 30 min. Everday, running/jogging/cycling. -make it 45 minutes after a week, with 30 min cardio and 15 min. Weights. -stop eating oily foids, junk foods, sugary drinks or foods. -take more protein. -eat early and light dinner.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Reduce weight by doing exercise like swimming,yoga,push ups,sit ups.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat small amount of food but do not skip meals.Take plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use protein in this regard.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.No fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.These will be helpful but for more details and quick effective result consult privately on Lybrate.

जानिये कॉन्डोम प्रयोग करने के सही उपाये

यह तो मानना पड़ेगा कि कॉन्डोम विज्ञान का एक अद्भुत देन है। यह न सिर्फ अनचाहे प्रेगनेन्सी से बचाता है बल्कि एसटीडी यानि सेक्शुअल ट्रांसमिटेड डिजीज जैसे, एचआईवी/एड्स के खतरे से भी बचने में बहुत सहायता करता है। सुरक्षित रूप से सेक्स का आनंद उठाने के लिए कॉन्डोम का इस्तेमाल करना ज़रूरी होता है।
सुरक्षित रूप से प्रेम संबंध स्थापित करने के लिए कॉन्डोम का सही तरह से इस्तेमाल करने के बारे में भी जानना ज़रूरी होता है। नहीं तो कॉन्डोम इस्तेमाल करने के बावजुद भी खतरे की संभावना वैसे ही रह जाती है।

1. पैकेट को सही तरह से खोलने का तरीका: ज़्यादातर समय लोग दाँत से पैकेट को फाड़कर खोलने की कोशिश करते हैं जिससे कॉन्डोम के फटने की संभावना बन जाती है। जिसके फलस्वरूप परिणाम अच्छा नहीं हो पाता है।

2. खोलने का तरीका: सामान्य तौर पर लोग यह गलती कर बैठते हैं कि उत्तेजित होने के पहले ही कॉन्डोम को खोल लेते हैं। जिसके कारण जब वे उत्तेजित होने के बाद पहनने जाते हैं तब साधारणतः कॉन्डोम फट जाता है।

3. गलत तरह से पहनने का तरीका: कभी-कभी लोग जल्दी में कॉन्डोम गलत तरह से पहन लेते हैं और फिर खोलकर सही तरह से पहनने के दौरान उसमें शुक्राणु (sperm) के लग जाने की आंशका बन जाती है, जिसके कारण गर्भधारण का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।

4. गलत लूब्रकन्ट (lubricant) का इस्तेमाल: कॉन्डोम के साथ सही तरह के लूब्रकन्ट का इस्तेमाल करना ज़रूरी होता है नहीं तो कॉन्डोम के फटने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। उदाहरणस्वरूप पेट्रोलियम जेली, लोशन , क्रीम का इस्तेमाल करने से लैटेक्स कॉन्डोम (latex condom) को नुकसान पहुँचता है। इसके लिए ग्लिसरिन का इस्तेमाल करना अच्छा होता है।

5. हवा भरने की गलती न करे: कोई-कोई यह गलती कर बैठते हैं कि कॉन्डोम को पहनते वक्त उसमें हवा भरने लगते हैं। हवा के बुलबुले कॉन्डोम के फटने का कारण बन सकते हैं।

6. पहनने के बाद जगह न छोड़े: वीर्य (semen)के नोक पर पहनने पर जगह नहीं छोड़नी चाहिए इससे फटने का डर बना रहता है।

7. काम हो जाने के बाद पहने रहने की गलती: सेक्स के दौरान उत्तेजना के शमन के बाद भी कुछ लोग पहने रहने की गलती करते हैं जिससे शुक्राणु के निकल कर बाहर आने का डर बना रहता है। इसलिए इस्तेमाल करने के तुरन्त बाद इसको खोलकर फेंक देना चाहिए।

8. सही साइज का चुनाव: कॉन्डोम खरीदते वक्त सही साइज का चुनाव ज़रूर करें। साइज सही नहीं होने पर ढीला हो जाता है या जगह छुट जाता है। जिसके कारण सेक्स के दौरान आनंद पूरी तरह से उठा नहीं पाते हैं।
कॉन्डोम विज्ञान की देन ज़रूर है मगर बनाया तो मनुष्य ने ही है इसलिए कभी-कभी इसको बनाने में या संरक्षित करने में भी कुछ समस्याएं आ जाती हैं इसलिए इस्तेमाल करने के पहले इन बातों पर ध्यान देना ज़रूरी होता है:

• हमेशा अच्छे ब्रैंड का कॉन्डोम ही खरीदें।
• खरीदते वक्त एक्सपाइरी डेट (expiry date) पर ध्यान ज़रूर दें।
• ज़्यादातर लोग पॉकेट में कॉन्डोम लेकर घुमते हैं। सूर्य के किरणों के संपर्क में आने के कारण कॉन्डोम का लैक्टेस और टेक्सचर दोनों नष्ट होने लगते हैं।
इसलिए सुरक्षित और आनंदपूर्ण सेक्स लाइफ के लिए कॉन्डोम का इस्तेमाल ज़रूर करें।

1. Banana mask

Ingredients needed:

– 2 mashed bananas
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Mix all mentioned ingredients, apply the resulting mixture on your hair and wrap the head with a plastic bag and a towel over the bag. Allow the mixture to act for half an hour and rinse it afterwards.

2. Orange mask

Ingredients needed:

– 1 cup of orange juice
– 1 cup of yogurt

Method of preparation:

Mix the orange juice and yogurt. Apply the resulting mixture onto your hair, wrap the head with a plastic bag and a towel over the plastic bag. Leave the mask to act for half an hour and rinse it thoroughly.

It is known that alcohol in excess is not good even for a normal person, although it is the most abused common drug. It may lower the blood glucose below certain critical normal limits and result I hypoglycemia. Alcohol should never be taken with some antidiabetic drugs as it may make the diabetic very ill. Diabetics on continuous consumption of alcohol are likely to develop peripheral neuopathy. Alcohol provides empty calories as it doesn't contain proteins or fat. The extra calories may make a diabetic overweight or obese. Further, alcohol stimulates the appetite and dietary regulations are generally not complied with. When a diabetic can not avoid alcohol, he may only take a small quantity just before or along with food, provided his diabetes is under control.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

To increase your appetite follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion and increase appetite. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . My question is as. About 2 months ago in the early morning I felt lyk having nausea. After that my heart got abruptly elevated. That made me feel it is going to be end of me. But after few minutes things got normal. And fortunately I found physician at that moment n told about whole issue. He chkd my pulse n said UA totally Olryt. But I complained to him that I am feeling intense pressure on my left side. He did told me to undergo for immediate ECG n digital xray. They both wea Gud. But thereafter I felt that thea is something which is getting unchkd. After doing all the necessary medical procedures I was told that UA quite normal. Event I under went various tests like blood, urine etc. They all wea normal. At last I was told to have cardio chkup. He too Did told me nothing is serious. At last I went to a psychiatrist, he told me it is due to over thinking. He advised me to stop that n UA otherwise OK. But I could not got ans of one quest. whenever I rub the ribs of lift side I fee burning sensation. I felt this when I breath during every minute. The tablet advised by psychiatrist was etizola beta 0.25.this helped me of getting rid of burning sensation. But since I have given up medicine I have overcame the anxiety but the burning sensation has returned back. Jus suggest me best thing to overcome this. thanks.

You are suffering from worry and anxiety. Worry is a process of imagining the worst possible outcome or result or future in a particular situation and creating a living and active image of it in front of the eye of your mind, and then using the energy of that negative image to flow inside your consciousness so as to completely overpower or weaken your spiritual and as a result your physical self to evoke fear in the self. Your psychiatrist is correct and you have to follow his instructions. Tablets are required for longer duration.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hi acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, hi acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blockages in the skin's hair follicles. These blockages are thought to occur as a result of the following four abnormal processes: a higher than normal amount of sebum production (influenced by androgens), excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation, colonization of the follicle by propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria, and the local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe the slightest sweat from your face as soon as you perspire. When you enter your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a less carbohydrate rich diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water in order to avoid constipation. Along with maintaing the aforesaid rules you can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. Also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
