Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

How to increase the gap between the both legs of knees. When it bring close in defence field medical test?
Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello- at this time of age women are near to menopause and certain metabolic and hormonal changes occurs in females causing calcium deficiency and hence causing osteopenia. The pain is due to low blood calcium level. Try these ayurvedic supplements as they are safe and does not burden load on kidney functions as elemental calcium supplements do- a) maharasnadi kadha 2 tsp twice daily. B) tab asthiposhak 1 twice daily. C) increase cows ghee and milk in her diet, and avoid spicy diet.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

back pain can be occur by lifting heavy weight, sitting in wrong position or some pathological cause please specify the part in upper part or lower part..u can use the medicine Signoflam, vetory sp 3 times in a day for 2-3 days of two medicine whichever is available and don't exert pressure on back..

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sudden back pain started. Pain is also in buttocks and leg. Sleeping on one side gives relief and walking working is slowed down due to pain. To able to touch toes without bending knees.

You may be suffering from Sciatic pain . Because of your lower back problem all other problems have come. Sciatic is the longest nerve starting from lower back moving along with your thigh knee up to the ankle. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. You shoul try some ayurvedic herbs which will regenerate your ligaments and hence will minimise pain and will be beneficial, start kokilakshadi kashaya 2tsp thrice a day with half glass of water, gokshuradi gugullu 2 tab thrice a day, and use pinda taila for local massage in that area. Good luck.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.
