The black dots in your teeth can be stains or cavities. Please visit a dentist to understand what is the level of damage to the teeth. Also, brushing is to prevent cavities; it cannot treat it. From your symptoms, cannot abstain if any vitamin deficiency.

MDS - Orthodontics
Dentist,
Oral health
Orthodontic treatment:
People have a lot of misconceptions regarding orthodontic / braces treatment.
1. Most commonly I have heard people say if you extract healthy teeth for orthodontic treatment eyesight is affected. Now that is not true. If that was the case then when your teeth decays your eyes should also have the effect. Your teeth are in no ways connected to your eye.
2. Braces weaken your teeth: no braces do not weaken your teeth in fact well aligned teeth are much stronger than crooked teeth because you can clean them better.
3. Braces are meant only for children: that was the early adage. With new technology now braces have become invisible and even adults can get their teeth aligned without the braces being visible outside.
4. Braces can be put only after all permanent teeth have erupted. Not only teeth can be mal aligned but in few cases the jaw bones are also mal aligned. When such is the case visit a orthodontist at a very early age so that we can alter your jaw growth. Once growth ceases you will have to undergo surgery to correct the jaw problem. Ideal age to have your kids shown to an orthodontist is 7 years.
5. Braces do all the job we don't have anything to do. Braces will do their job only if you allow them to. Follow your orthodontist instructions properly and meticulously. Do not break your braces by eating hard food substances. Keep your mouth clean.
Hope these instructions help some of you.
Good day.

Is root canal a better option instead of extracting a paining Wisdom Tooth? How frequent a pain killer a should be taken to relax a pain?

BDS, Certified Implantologist, ABCD Endo/Aesthetic Course
Dentist, Pune
As far as wisdom tooth s concerned, it s always better to extract it since it s a rudimentary just like appendix (hardly plays any role in mastication) but, if, an opppsing teeth is present in the same arch, one should consider r. C. T preferrably.

Scaling and polishing will help to remove what is called as calculus which appears as a yellow/brown thin layer adhered to your teeth. You can also try in office bleaching if you are not satisfied with the results scaling and polishing would give you.

Treatment dental pain teeth pain may be due to various reasons like infection, sensitivity or trauma. If your teeth is decayed it is better to get it filled or treated by a dentist. If you are opting for root canal treatment do not forget to get a crown on the effected tooth. If you want to go for only medicinal treatment so let me tell you only medicine are not going to be very effective untill you get this treated by a dentist. But treatment can only be done once you are recovered from your typhoid fever.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Hello yes for the tooth to be removed the sugar and b.p should be normal. You can take your medication for b.p and sugar and get it removed because your tooth is already loose so it won't create much problem. Also follow proper instructions after removal. Regards.
