Hi from last 4 to 5 yes I was having scalp problem In which there was boils so I recently visited dermatologist he gave me some medicine but after eating antibiotic I was having severe fewer and I got ulcers in my mouth so I consulted ent she gave some antibiotics and medicine but still 2 days after the ulcers are there and I am not able to swallow my saliva also I don't have any other medical problem but stlii there is no cure I am also applying candid mouth gel she told be that this is because of some gas problem you are infected in tonsils.

Ulcers in mouth: It is also known as aphthous ulcers. They are very painful and restrict chewing and swallowing due to pain. Mainly it is due to Dyspepsia, consumption of heavy Antibiotics which kills normal Bacterial flora which makes vit B complex for our body. It is also due to mental tension. I have seen so many exam going students having ulcers in mouth and when exam is over it is cured . It is different from cancer ulcer as cancer ulcer is not painful and it doesn?t heal. High dose of Vit B , pain killing oral paste, Treatment of constipation, Stoppage of Heavy antibiotics added to it , etc as per requirement helps the patient.

follow daily exercise routine of atleast 30 min in mornings followed by pranayams ...quit smoking and drinking ....drink atleast 2-3 litres of water daily ...take your meals on time ...sleep by 11'o clock last and have a 7-8 hrs sleep ..avoid tea/cofee at night ..take good breakfast but light dinner

I am having cough for last 6 -7 days. It itches in the chest in air pipe probably and results in coughing and sometimes mucus also comes out during coughing. Due to this my throat is also hurting. Please suggest. I was treated for hodgkin lymphoma and the treatment is over 3 months back.

Yu have respiratory infection and need antibiotics to cure it. For throat yo can do gargling with warm saline . You need to review if the cause of cough is related to treatment for lymphoma

Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products.& wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. 6 months ago while learning two wheeler, I fell from the scooter, however no injuries. From then on the hip joint I get pain, specially when I sit long time in the same posture. One orthopedic doctor advised me to take an injection on that spot. Is this advisable, pls suggest.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables.
