Feeling lethargic and lazy is sometimes normal in thyroid and diabetes. Don't worry, you will feel fine on your own in some days. Just sleep well, exercise daily and have good food.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have pcos, I didn't had periods last month so I had medroxyprogesterone for 5 days but I got my periods on 4 day of having medicine (I still went ahead and had the last day dose) 10 mg for 5 days. I had normal periods on 10 march till 15 March .but on 23 March I got periods again. Please suggest do I need to see doc again or is it normal.
