How can I cure permanently diabetes mellitus from my body blood glucose level and the blood acidity. Is there any risk of heart attack for obesity, how can I get rid of this?

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus can only be controlled by appropriate medicines, proper diet (restricted diet) and regular exercise. If blood sugar is not kept in control (fasting closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8.), then there is a definite possibility of serious long term complications in relation to eyes (retina), kidney, lower limbs, peripheral nerves and heart. Yes there is an increased risk of heart attacks in uncontrolled diabetes patients. Another important thing our blood ph is in the range of 7.33 to 7.45 which is slightly alkaline. Our blood always remains in this range. There no blood acidity.

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

One of the reasons for your bleeding piles is busy schedule, irregular and fast and junk food. Firstly relax, have a break of 3/4 days. Avoid constipation take more water and liquids, no spicy and fast foods do this much and report.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

I have a depression and stress and some physical problem like sleep to much and don't want to eat. Other people said me why you haven't a job and you are lazy. I can't work in any type. I can't study well and can't do exercise.

When one is in a depression, he feels like he 'can't' do many things. This, of course, is not true but due to lethargy, which is different from laziness, causes a sense of inertia. Under the influence of lethargy you will not feel like doing things, getting up from the bed, working, and even the effort to put into thinking, etc. Laziness is as a good as a choice and has more to do with unwillingness. Even so, you need to fight this condition. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hi sir. Can I know how drinking water in a huge amount is related with the skin development.

Drinking water in moderation will keep your hydration status fine. Accordingly all tissues including skin will remain in healthy state. Excess water in huge amount may create problem we call water intoxication. Though an efficient kidney function will prevent that to develop. But when that fails, the excess water accumulates in the body and will cause dilution of electrolytes present in tissue fluids resulting even in death. Some preparations like mdma (an amphetamine group of drug ecstasy) may cause excess thirst and result in water intoxication. So. Even water van act like a poison.

While taking care of skin externally is definitely a good idea, maintaining healthy skin from the inside is important as well. These don't happen overnight or don't work with external beauty products but only happen when lifestyle changes are put into place. Let's take a look at some of the well known lifestyle changes or habits that can help you get healthier skin.

1. Stop smoking: Apart from contributing to cancer and being nicknamed death sticks, smoking also causes a person's skin to look older. This is due to the fact that it constricts blood vessels within the body and thus causes wrinkles on the skin by disrupting the normal blood flow. It is thus advisable to give up smoking if you want to have healthier skin.

2. Eat more of dark leafy green vegetables:For skin to be healthy; your body also needs to be healthy internally. The best way to do that is to exercise and eat right. Eating right is an even more important and it is important to remember to include dark leafy vegetable which are packed with nutrients required by the body. Some examples of these foods are:

a. Spinach
b. Broccoli

3. 5. Manage stress:This is a silent killer in many aspects as stress leads to hypertension and many other ailments. With regards to skin, stress releases cortisol, which over activates the blood vessels and causes it to make the skin over sensitive. This will result in visible redness, blushing and may even cause acne.
