How to reduce fat after cesarean delivery before 11 month. I have gas problem and backache.
You can start with walk for atleast half an hr morning and evening. Instead of water drink a decoction of fennel, cumin, carom. Mix all 3 in water and put to boil on low flame for 20-25 min. Sieve and drink. After 6 months of delivery you can start exercise. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

My mother is 52 years old. She feels dizziness when she look down using her neck. Also, sometimes, she feels weakness, sometimes legs are paining or sometimes back pain.She takes regularly my bp and sugar tablets. She had consulted family doctor, but he just gives some multivitamins injection.

For sciatica pain do have ift and laser physiotherapy treatment for 12 days and continue spinal flexion and extension exercise twice a day for about 10 minutes regularly use only firm hard and even mattress for sleep and calcium rich foods should be consumed regarding swimming is good but not during pain and can be only walking inside water till thoracic level to and fro and zig zag walking too may helpful, about 15 minutes in alternative days and if skin itching happens it is due to water problem so avoid using those pools regards

Rasoli operation is mild. Do not think about this. For back pain do regular back exercise. You can consult near by physiotherapist. Start daily walking--increase gradually to 40 minuets daily. Reduce oily, fatty diet, she can take b- complex daily one and any calcium tablet daily one. Drink good amount of water.

Hi, as for your problem weight reduction is must, take lemon water with honey daily early morning, start eating healthy food, avoid spicy oily, avoid junk and sweets, non veg, start physical exercise for 45 mins daily. Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have lower back issues since past 1 week which could just be due to muscular strain. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you, also a muscle relaxant like tab myoril can be added to relieve muscle spasm. - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Reduction of weight is a must to solve your knee problem press the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Also press the web between the second and third finger from the toe in the foot for 2 minutes.
