1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Hello sir, Before you start jogging do the stretching exercises for whole body. First one week or 2 weeks jogging give pain because of muscle soreness. With out don't go jogging.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

pain in stomach could be due to simple reason like constipation/acidity etc to complex diseases like renal stones/fatty liver etc.. -first get ur ultrasound abdomen done immediately to rule out any serious ailment. -u can take tablet pantocid dsr twice daily before meals . -tablet drotin ds once/twice daily can be taken if stomach pains a lot.. -follow up with ur ultrasound report

My bro is 23 years old and he has 1 knee pain since from 1 years he did all tests bone test all ok nerve test all ok muscle test all ok now we and even Doctors are unable to understand the pain cause and there is swelling also he can not even fold his leg properly since 5 months he is in medication still no effect all type of treatment has been performed please now you suggest us whats the problem?

Change your brothers daily food. Add calcium vitamines minirales end proteins vegitabales salad dry fruites etc. Give him R COMPOUND TABLET 2 in morning with breakfast 2 after lunch end w after dinner for 1 month than reduce 2 tablet after lunch end 2 after dinner. For 3 month. use knee caps. Massege MIISTOL OIL on knees. Reduce weight will also help to reduce pain. Give hìm MAHARASNADI KHADHA 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water end take after lunch end dinner for 3 month. Dr. Tare

a lot of reasons behind this problem.. avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. avoid prolonged sitting and standing. take hot fermentation for back. do some spinal strengthening exercises.. be careful about your posture during sitting.

Take dashamoolarishta of dhutpapeshwara, 20 ml in warm water, after meals twice a day. Take smriti sagar rasa, 2 tabs at bed time. Cut down tea, coffee, spicy food, maida items. Take liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal regularly. Stop taking curd. Continue the regime for 1 months. Good luck.

Hi, I think lack of quality sleep and excessively thinking about certain things could be your problem. Some lifestyle modifications like yoga and good diet can help you. Try avoiding computer or laptop usage for prolonged periods of time. Stop watching t. V or listening to music atleast 1 hr before going to sleep. Eat your dinner atleast 2 hrs before sleep. Drink a glass of hot milk as it naturally induces sleep. Inspite of all the above measures, you condition remains the same, then probably you need some professional help.

Causes of headaches may include fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverages, and dental or sinus issues. This can trigger your headache: foods : spices, wine , chocolate, citrus •food additives •sleep : both too much and too little •stress : mainly offset Home remedies: •Stay Hydrated •Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. •Menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches. •Peppermint contains menthol that helps open up clogged blood vessels that cause headaches. It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Plus, it has calming and analgesic effects.•Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil can be of great help in relieving tension headaches. Research suggests that it can also help improve migraine symptoms. •The cold from ice helps reduce inflammation that contributes to headaches. Plus, it has a numbing effect on the pain. •Simply massage your forehead and temples with a few drops of rosemary oil mixed in a tablespoon of carrier oil. •Crush a few cloves gently and put them in a sachet or a clean handkerchief. I got cut and got it stitched yesterday. My bandage fell off, I want to dress it again myself, so which ointment shall I use, Betadine or soframycin?

You can use since the cut is fresh you should have dressing with betadine after sometime you can use soframycine ointments. No water touching the wound to prevent infection.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

I had an accident on 15th dec 2015. As per my ortho surgeon, I have acl tear in my left leg due to which left leg is not stable. He is suggesting for arthroscopic surgery. But I am not ready for this as I have already had left elbow surgery with implants and I do not want any more surgery. I am able to walk properly as of now. But no running, no sports. Is there any other way out for this? Pls advise.

If complete tear then surgery must and partial tear then laser therapy and strength exercise is best it depend on your tear. You don't want any other surgery and you uv no problem to walk then start strength exercise but be care full start very gradually process.

Symptoms are cs x-ray must and heat fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise that home remedy but according your present time tk physiotherapy treatment must for ict tens and ultrasonic therapy for 10 days.

Stop playing strictly for 1 monh atleast. Take physiotherapy for 15 days. Do gentle mobilization and strengthening exercises of affected shoulder including unaffected. If no progress consul at my clinic.
